Pros:

2度目の利用ですが、いつも感じのいいスタッフさんで対応はとても良いです。

Cons:

喫煙、禁煙と別れていればいいのにな…ぐらいです。
価格も手頃ですし、これからも利用したいと思います。

No problems, good place to sleep.
Pros:

very convenient location, friendly staff, good price

Cons:

"Free breakfast" is a very generous term... it's a nice offering of breakfast snacks but I would not consider it a "free breakfast" meal.
