Villa molto bella e generalmente curata

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella vecchia area delle stalle. Stanze buie, poco curate ma soprattutto rumorosissime. I nostri vicini del piano di sopra e accanto sembravano essere in stanza con noi. Se cercate riposo non è la soluzione ideale. Colazione piuttosto spoglia.

Prachtig om te zien, maar inhoudelijk een tegenvaller.
Pros:

De locatie is schitterend en het zwembad heerlijk. De bedden liggen lekker en er zijn airco’s geplaatst.

Cons:

Het personeel aan de receptie kwam niet erg gastvrij over; bij het inchecken leek het alsof men liever met rust gelaten wilde worden. Ook het schoonmaakpersoneel maakte geen al te gemotiveerde indruk: bij aankomst waren er nog sporen van de vorige gast in de wc. De kamer was ruim opgezet en ziet er mooi uit. Maar ook erg gehorig. Je kan ieder gesprek in de kamer naast je horen.

Het zwembad wordt druk bezocht door de locals, wat op zich geen probleem is, maar zij zouden hier dagentree voor moeten betalen en dit gebeurt niet. Terwijl hotelgasten wel voor iedere scheet moeten betalen (zoals bv het meenemen van eigen eten en drinken, hotelgasten mogen dit niet en worden hierop aangesproken). Dit voelt als een ongelijkheid in behandeling.

Pros:

L'albergo è situato in una struttura veramente notevole da un punto di vista architettonico. Le camere sono ampie e comode.

Cons:

Migliorerei la segnaletica soprattutto per chi arriva in ore serali e non riesce a trovare facilmente il parcheggio e la reception.

Pros:

A charming hotel with many original features, very helpful staff and a great restaurant. Also very good choices available at breakfast including excellent coffee.

Cons:

We did have to wait some time to be served at the bar, not because there was a queue, I think they were short staffed.
