Situated in a beautiful area of Rome. Given the temperatures of late 30s the pool was so welcome.
The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very professional, helpful and kind.
Room was a lovely size. Very clean and comfortable bed.
It was a lovely place to stay for 3 nights following our cruise as a family.
Nothing that I didn’t like
• The pool — a genuinely lovely space and a much‑needed break from the summer heat.
• Breakfast — good variety of hot and cold options.
• Comfortable beds — despite the dated room, the beds themselves were clean and comfortable.
• Location — a 15‑minute walk to Flaminio Metro that isn’t realistic with kids or in high temperatures, and the uphill return makes it worse.
• Unreliable transport — tram/bus services (3 and 19) often involved 30+ minute waits, forcing us to use Uber.
• Lack of transparency on airport taxis — the hotel didn’t mention the legal €80 meter cap and instead pushed their €100 shuttle (cap would be €55 but the hotel is outside the city walls).
• Dated rooms — carpets were dirty and the overall feel was tired.
• Mosquito problem — noticeable both in the room and around the pool.
• Extra charges — €15 per day if you forget to wash your plates felt unreasonable.
Suuressa kaupungissa pieni kotoisa hotelli, jossa ihana uima-allas kuumuuden keskellä.
Pidimme kaikesta.
The pool and pool area is amazing
Loved the apartment style of the accommodation - very big and spacious with separate bedroom and the kitchenette was really handy. Air con great and having the pool there is also really great in the summer (although note it is not private to the apartments so the public can pay to use it). Breakfast was great and all the staff were so lovely and helpful. Would def stay here again.
Everything was lovely and no issues for us.

Large rooms. Quiet residential retreat from Rome.
Dated facilities but a welcome refuge.
Spacious room
We book our accommodation for the purpose of using the swimming pool as we knew they Rome was under a heat wave. When we arrived we have been told that the swimming pool was unavailable and it was not available for the entire length of our stay witch was 3 night and 4 days. What I did not like was the fact that no one has been in contact witch us prior arriving to let us know the problem as we would have change accommodation.
When we got the room we were not allowed to open the window on the first day because they have just removed a nest of bees, lots of them they were still flying around, side note my wife is allergic to bees.
The pool was great to come back to after visiting the tourist attractions . Great staff and they were very helpful .
Pool was nice, and staff very friendly. With a taxi it was easy to get in and out of the center. Air conditioning was a huge plus as it allowed us to sleep well. The full breakfast was nice as well with lots of options.
The room was quite dated, and didn't feel super clean but it could have been because it was just an old room with old facilities. Upon entry, the smell of deodoriser was so intense, we had to open the windows (in extreme heat) to try to air it out as it was giving us a headache. We ended up asking them not to service our room while there in order avoid more perfumed spray.
Stayed at this hotel on a 3 generational family holiday through jet2. The wether at the time qas very hot but the interior was kept cool and a nice escape from the sun.
Our room was a nice oasis with comfortable bed, plenty of storage and a clean functional bathroom.
We had B&B rates the breakfast was OK but not the best quality.
Staff on the whole were welcoming and helpful although some of the pool staff could be a little officious especially with children in the pool.
During the stay I managed to lose my passport and the staff could not have been more helpful. Special praise needed for Alice who really did go above and beyond for me.
Location in a quiet area of the city with a few nice restaurants nearby and the Villa Borghese Park which the kids loved for boating and cycling.
Main attractions of Rome are a little distance away but a good bus service stops right outside the hotel.
Large Rooms and Friendly staff. Very close to zoo.
Not allot of near restaurants.
Property was good. Nice room and size. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice.
Too far away from everything. Should offer free shuttle to town and airport. Some repairs around the property need to be done. Breakfast could be better. Need more variety or change it up everyday.
