Tolles Hotel, immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren wirklich schön und super geräumig, gut durchdacht und sehr sauber.
Zudem liegt es gegenüber der LANXESS Arena, welches uns den Konzertbesuch natürlich sehr versüßt hat.
Das Frühstück war phantastisch und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und professionell.

Tolles Restaurant, enttäuschendes Hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend und auch das Restaurant sowie die Bar haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben das Restaurant davor schon besucht und hatten dort eine so positive Erfahrung. Genau deshalb haben wir uns trotz des hohen Preises dieses Mal für einen Aufenthalt im Hotel entschieden.

Cons:

Leider war der Aufenthalt im Hotel selbst eine deutliche Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht vollständig der Beschreibung auf Booking.com. Das Badezimmer wurde beispielsweise mit Badewanne und Dusche angegeben, tatsächlich gab es jedoch nur eine Dusche.
Noch ärgerlicher war allerdings die Dusche selbst: Sie tropfte jede Nacht extrem laut, sodass wir mehrfach davon aufgewacht sind. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und bei dem Preis ist das schlicht nicht akzeptabel.
Wir haben beide Punkte an der Rezeption angesprochen. Leider kam weder eine wirkliche Entschuldigung noch eine konkrete Lösung. Stattdessen wurden uns hauptsächlich Erklärungen gegeben, warum die Situation so sei. Dadurch hatten wir leider nicht den Eindruck, dass unsere Beschwerde ernst genommen wurde.
Besonders enttäuschend ist das, weil wir aufgrund unserer sehr guten Erfahrung im Restaurant im Vorjahr bewusst bereit waren, den hohen Preis für das Hotel zu zahlen. Im Nachhinein müssen wir leider sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht gestimmt hat.
Die Klimaanlage hat leider ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Gerade im Sommer ist das natürlich ein Minuspunkt. Bei einem historischen Gebäude können wir allerdings nachvollziehen, dass moderne technische Anlagen nicht immer problemlos umzusetzen sind – deshalb ist das für uns kein großer Kritikpunkt.
Insgesamt hätten wir bei dem Preis von knapp 860 € für zwei Personen allerdings einen etwas besseren Zustand und Service erwartet.

Muy a gusto en mi estancia
Pros:

Amplio ,muy cómodo,bien ubicado al lado del.Lanxess,el personal de recepción y restaurante muy amables

Cons:

La moqueta me parecia que quiza olia algo a humedad ó quiza alguien fumó y se quedó algo de olor, pero por lo demas todo genial.
