Pros:

Sehr gut. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Die Frühstückshalle war sehr beeindruckend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vor allem der Parkplatztip für 5euro pro Tag von der Rezeption, fanden wir toll und sagen Dankeschön.

Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Gebäude! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und äußerst komfortabel. Die Parkplätze (Tiefgarage) sind super, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Lage in direkter Nähe zur Lanxess Arena einfach perfekt!

Could have easily opted for a three star and paid less

I liked the old historic pool into which the restaurant was built and the fact that they had a sauna

Cons:

The rooms furniture didn’t reflect a 4 star hotel feel. No cofffee maker, bedsite tables that were so close to the floor I had to lean out of bed to find my things. The sockets were on standard level so my mobilr phone was dangling down while charging as the bedsite table was so far down. Very dusty as well.

Für einen Aufenthalt nach einem Besuch der LanxessArena einfach nicht zu schlagen.
Pros:

Die Lage zur LanxessArena ist einfach nicht zu toppen. Die Zimmer waren ruhig; die Betten weich, aber erstaunlich bequem. Kostenloser Safe im Zimmer.

Cons:

Service an Rezeption mal super nett, bei einem anderen hatte man das Gefühl "Arbeit zu machen". Service beim Frühstück ist das gleiche: der eine so, der andere so...

Pros:

Familienzimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, Matratzen sowie Schlafcouch komfortabel. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, mit Badewanne. Top Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit mit U Bahn, Bus und S-Bahn. Außergewöhnliches Ambiente des Frühstücks in ehemaligen Schwimmbad, sehr guter Auswahl an Wurst und Käse sowie Tee und Obst.
