Es ist schön, dass die Zimmer renoviert werden. Es wäre aber von Vorteil nicht direkt neben den Renovierungen die Junior Suit zu bewohnen

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war, trotz hoher Temperaturen, angenehm klimatisiert und hatte Fenster zum Öffnen. Das Hotel an sich ist wunderschön - das Ambiente des alten Schwimmbads wurde erhalten und wunderbar integriert - sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Die Milchglasscheibe zum Bad ist undurchsichtig. Das Frühstück war phantastisch - es gab wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt!

Sehr schönes Stadthotel mit Tiefgarage

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Garagenplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotels (EUR 20,50 pro Nacht). Schöne Zimmer. Sehr schöner Speisesaal (ehemaliges Schwimmbad). Tolles Frühstück,

Cons:

Die Leintücher waren zu klein für die Matratzen und sind immer wieder von den Matratzen gerutscht. Die Matratzen waren sehr fleckig und unhygienisch.

Direkt gegenüber der lanxess Arena ist es klar erste Wahl! Zumal sehr sauber, Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr nett, auch bei Anfragen immer einen guten Rat!.

Cons:

Meine Begleitung ist Raucher, ja ist vielleicht nicht mehr so in zu rauchen, aber nur einen Automaten vor der Tür und nirgends eine Möglichkeit mal entspannt zu rauchen ist ihr negativ aufgefallen!

Wir wurden am Empfang sehr herzlich begrüßt und konnten unser Zimmer sogar schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit beziehen – das hat uns sehr gefreut. Trotz der aktuellen Baustelle war das Hotel gut zu finden. Das Parkhaus ist allerdings recht eng, was mit einem größeren Auto etwas schwierig sein kann.
Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut und es gab eine ordentliche Auswahl. Schön wäre allerdings gewesen, wenn es auch Alternativen für Allergiker oder verschiedene Milchsorten (z. B. Mandelmilch) gegeben hätte oder Gemüse)
Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für den Frühstücksservice. Das Personal wirkte leider etwas unmotiviert und pünktlich um 11 Uhr wurde sehr deutlich signalisiert, dass das Frühstück beendet ist ,unter anderem wurden das Licht ausgeschaltet und die Musik abgestellt. Das empfanden wir als ungemütlich.

Comfortable, clean hotel in great location with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, easy to access city on foot.
Family room was very spacious, clean and double bed was ultra-comfortable.
Lovely toiletries and coffee available in the room.
Breakfast delicious and plenty of choice to please everyone in the family.

Cons:

Sofa bed was very noisy as springs kept squeaking every time one of my children moved.
