Great stay ! Nice and clean room. Easily and quickly checking in, staff friendly, Breakfast was exceptional!!!!!!. Would definitely stay here again.

Entire meals were left in the fridge from the previous occupant. Cups of coffee were left in the windowsill. Water smelled absolutely horrible. Front desk service is very lacking, I could hear them watching a movie when I needed attention with my keycard not working and waited five minutes in the morning before someone came to the counter. I even peaked around the corner and said excuse me and was ignored. During check out they told me they went into my room even though I had do not disturb on the door because he found it strange that I didn’t want any cleaning devices during my 5 day stay. Why is a front desk person entering rooms?

This is by far the best hotel we have found in Dickinson with one major exception. Each time we walked to our room from the lobby we found an outside door propped open with a rock that we promptly removed.
Last night the door was again propped open, not with a rock but rather the broken outside key reader taped to the door frame, barely hanging on.
My husband talked with the front desk guy who told him he knew the lock was broken but they go around at night to make sure doors are locked. The day staff lady said it is a chronic problem she addresses with management frequently. the door is propped open frequently and she gets so cold she has to walk down the hallway and closes it several times per day. She is alone during the day and is concerned for her safety. We are concerned for our safety too. It is disconcerting to find a half eaten plate of food from the hotel on the stairs out of view of the cameras and to find the door unlocked every time we walk by it. Dickinson is no longer the quaint and safe town it once was. I don’t feel comfortable staying at a hotel where security is so lax. Fix this issue and I will stay here every time I come to this area.

Our check-in was pleasant and quick however the floors of our room were dirty, the bed skirt has not been washed I don't think ever (lots of pet hair and stains), furniture was damaged and in rough shape, under the bathroom sink cabinet/stand had a lot of water damage and mold. Room door had gaps and we could hear everything in the hallway including the noise from the pool area and had the hallway light coming into the room.

I highly recommend this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The property is very clean, the rooms are modern, beds are comfy and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is okay but nothing out of the ordinary. The location is wonderful too as there are restaurants within walking distance and a lounge with a good nightlife and live blackjack.

Nice area for dog bed is comfortable

Handicap room #309 with tub/shower that does not seem appropriate for person with mobility issues. Comfortable bed; only sed 1 of 2 queens. Mattress has no edge support Welcoming desk clerk.

Good value. Staff set a very positive tone at check in and very accommodating.
