Pros:

room, bed and bathroom were good.

Cons:

No bar fridge, no ice bucket, no access to ice other than from the bar on the main floor and they could only fill a glass.
floors were tired and carpets frayed. Bare bones...

Disgusting and unhygienic.

Cons:

The first room we were shown was incredibly dusty and a hair was found in the bathroom, at first we just assumed this room hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Requested a new room and at first was told to wait until a cleaner would have gone to our room to fix it however I did not want to have to wait when there are hundreds of rooms available. I was shown a new room which had hair (clearly not from someone’s head) all over the bathroom. I left the room immediately and bumped into a staff member who told me that I was wrong and the first room was clean ( I had photo evidence) he was very rude and not how I expect staff to behave when a customer is complaining about a dirty room. I made the staff member and one of the cleaners come and look at the room and pointed out everything. I got a mumbled sorry from the staff member and I left the room and told reception I would be checking out and not staying. I barely received an apology, very disappointed as this is listed as a four star hotel, I would not recommend staying here.

Pleasant stay, would come again.
Pros:

Great air conditioning. It was a sweltering few days so to come back to a nice cool room was great. The fridge was very good too. Even though the planes came in close to land at Heathrow, noise was not an issue and we are generally very sensitive to noise.

Cons:

Tea, coffee and kettle was in a small cramped area. The only place to plug in was under a dressing table. There were no sockets by the bed. And the pillow was a bit on the hard side

Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam vooral Manuel , Sunny , Shawn en Sanifa , deze een pluim verdient zo vriendelijk.
Ontbijt kon je ook kiezen tussen Engels ontbijt of zoals wij gewend zijn.

Cons:

Bed een beetje te hard.voor de rest alles was goed.

One night stay
Pros:

I messed up and booked a double instead of twin although the hotel was fully booked the staff were kind enough to make up an extra bed. Very friendly reception team and staff

Cons:

The breakfast was not the best and it was not easy to licate the odds and ends like cutlery, butter, whether the milk was semi skimmed etc. The cooked breakfast also mediocre in taste.
