I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. After accidentally leaving valuable personal belongings behind, we made numerous attempts to contact the hotel to retrieve them. However, our calls were repeatedly disconnected, and the hotel never responded to our messages or follow-up requests. The complete lack of assistance and accountability in handling guests’ lost property was unacceptable.

Liked the breakfast but could have one more healthy vegetarian item - steam-cooked mushrooms.
Location is in a quiet suburb with good access to Heathrow. It is 40 min away from airport. The bus stop is right opposite hotel for airport as well as other parts of the town

I don't like the breakfast because the quality of the food was very low and the tea and coffee were very, very bad. There were no tea bags, no coffee maker, they boiled the tea and coffee in the kitchen and poured it into the teapot. We had to pay separately for omelette.
