We love the property, lovely size rooms we stay there everytime we go to the rugby
Breakfast not so good
The room was at the front of the property overlooking a busy road but the double glazing kept the noise out. It was clean and tidy and had everything we required for a night before flying on holiday from Heathrow airport.
The curtain rail had broken in our room so the blackout curtain had about a metre where it did not cover. This meant that we had the lights all night long from the continuous traffic shining into the room.
The staff were polite and helpful
The restaurant over priced and poor quality
the bed was ok and the location to the airport
the chair in the room was broken, there was a time and the water supply stopped and the breakfast was average

Zimmer waren sauber
Frühstück war eintönig, es gab von Tag zu Tag wenig Abwechslung,. Der Kaffee war wässrig und aus der Kanne.
Wir waren eine Gruppe und im Hotel untergebracht. An einem Abend wollten wir ein WM Fussballspiel im Restaurant oder in der Bar anschauen. Leider gab es keinen Service, das WM Spiel wurde nicht übertragen.
Clean, beautiful room, nice AC and got a minifridge. The service people were kind as well and the hotel is close to Hounslow highstreet as well as Heathrow.
The shower was outstanding (particularly after 30plus hours travelling from Australia).
Easy to get to from the underground (around 1km walk) .
I had a corner room adjacent to the lifts . It was I little hard to negotiate the two doors with all my luggage . However the first door definitely blocked the sound of the lifts . And the room was extremely small , ok for one night but too cupboard like for an extended stay .
