Pros:

The lady that works the evening shift at the front desk, she is kind, friendly, and was very welcoming. She kept the lobby very clean and kept up with the water being tracked from the pool. She kept guests happy and was very helpful at servicing thier needs, rather it was a new key needing made or an extra pillow. She engaged with the kids and made sure they felt included. She was very professional when she had to ask a gentleman to not drink in the pool area.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Sidney
Pros:

Es gibt einen Aufzug! Da macht es nichts aus auf der ersten Etage zu wohnen. Das Frühstück war gut mit Rührei und Kartoffeln, leider kein Vollkornbrot.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, das heißt zum einen, wir hatten unsere Ruhe, zum anderen die Betten waren eben nicht gemacht, der Müll blieb im Zimmer und es gab auch keine frischen Handtücher.

I would recommend this place to others.
Pros:

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. We were pleased with the location of the Microtel because it was close to where we visited. The breakfast was yummy. The pool area was always nice to visit.

Great staff, clean, could use some electronics improvements
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. I like that there's a large desk space to work and plenty of bathroom counter space. The staff was very kind.

Cons:

I tried to call the front desk and the phone dialers didn't work. Also, my keycard had problems twice and I couldn't access my room. Eventually, I was given a new card. It would be nice if there were electrical outlets on top of the desk and the night stand for charging devices without having to crawl under counters.
