I’m from the south and used to people being extremely friendly. While the check-in staff was OK, they could be a little friendlier.

Loved staying. Have been there before, will go again hopefully.
Pros:

Loved everything. Suite was excellent. Parking was very convenient, outdoor areas for relaxing, location for restaurants and access to Perkins Cove were great.

Can’t really think of anything.

Ogunquit ist wunderschön und das „The Grand Hotel“ eine prima Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.
Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig. Küste inkl Marginal Way nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt.
Schöner Balkon, der sehr gut nutzbar war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, die Zimmer im 1. OG nicht besonders trittschallgedämpft.
D.h. sobald jemand im Zimmer obendrüber normal geht, hört man das.

delightful stay
Pros:

No breakfast. Quiet hotel & location. 10 minute walk to Perkins Cove. Ogunquit shuttle bus stop out front. Some (all?) rooms have balconies. Covered parking is tight. Front desk was friendly and cheerful

Cons:

Parking is tight. Continental breakfast would be great.

Pros:

We loved the location of this hotel, the cleanliness, and the size of the “suite” rooms!

Cons:

There were really no “frills” to this hotel, it was a very basic experience. The wifi was very spotty, and the furniture in the rooms was very uncomfortable. The couch has mismatched cushions and wasn't comfortable to sit on, and the bed and bed pillows were also uncomfortable. The thermostat was difficult to work also.
