Very, very poor.
Pros:

Standard hotel room in the style of an old Holiday Inn. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Aircon not working.
Showerhead broken.
Fridge not working.
Grouting in shower coming loose in places and discolouration of shower corners.
Huge sticky mess on floor under window and on part of the coffee table under the window, so floor has obviously not been cleaned since last guest.
Breakfast sausages hard and dry.
Watery scrambled eggs on buffet. (@8am!)
