Agréable séjour, mais les prestations de l'hôtel doivent être digne d'un Radisson Blu.

Cons:

Un problème de ménage pas fait dans la chambre. Peu de personnel pour le ménage et la piscine d'où un service pas à la hauteur

L’accès à la mer, la chambre vue mer, la propreté , le repas du soir et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le manque de choix au petit dejeuner, l’attente ou l’oubli du personnel pour par ex les œufs sur le plat, pas de tasses pour le café expresso , pas de sets de table. Pas de bouteille d’eaux dans les chambres, apéros bar super chers et très mal préparés par certains membres du personnel

La vue, la piscine et les chambres spacieuses

Le personnel est incompétent, 3 jours à réclamer que la climatisation marche et rien, pas assez de vaisselle au petit dej on m’a proposé des verres en carton pour mon café, et a 10h fin du petit dej le personnel passe pour dire aux clients de penser à quitter les lieux, pas digne d’un radisson. Pour préciser l’hôtel n’était pas complet début de saison mais pas de personnel. Ma chambre n’était pas réservé à mon arrivé à minuit, il y a avait un grand lit bébé au milieu de la chambre. Pas de machine Nespresso juste une petite bouilloire avec du café soluble, pas de bouteille d’eau non plus.

Notre séjour étant au mois de mai, nous imaginions un personnel plus professionnel, nous avons été dérangé à plusieurs reprises dans notre chambre pour un dépôt de garantie non crédité alors que l’application de ma banque me dit le contraire, ce n’est pas acceptable pour un hôtel de ce niveau et encore moins l’indifférence du personnel devant cette situation. Si le service ne remonte pas d’un cran, il faut fuir cet établissement !
