Do not stay here. Mold, leaks, bugs, terrible smell and staff

Nettes Personal , gutes Frühstück.

Es war sauber und weitläufig. Die Dame beim Frühstück hat mir jeden Morgen den Tag versüßt- danke dafür !

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und hat direkt auf das Bett geblasen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstüre. Die Dame in diesem Zimmer hat morgens um 3 Uhr (!!!!!) Besuch erhalten und in einer sehr lauten Lautstärke Unterhaltungen geführt. Um 5Uhr wurde dann geduscht . Zimmer wurde in drei Tagen nicht gereinigt bzw. Frische Handtücher gebracht. Mussten selbst nach Toilettenartikel fragen

Perfect vacation
Pros:

I cannot say enough about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Toni and her staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The cleaning staff kept everything tidy throughout our stay as we requested service everyday. We absolutely loved the pool and poolside bar! Best hotel in the area! Highly recommended!! We will be back soon!!

The pool space in the center is very large, the gym room had updated equipment and open windows. The hotel area was easy to navigate and the breakfast room was large with nice lighting. The staff at the front desk, especially Angie, were extremely helpful.

Cons:

A couple of ice machines were out of order (but not all) and there was a small stain on one of the bedsheets.

Worth the stay
Pros:

Nice place, great staff and great food. Front desk was very helpful and the place is comfortable and clean over all and I also noticed updating work in progress showing they care about this place!

we were cooking outside the room on a little one burner gas burner and the staff was upset and we weren't supposed to be doing it didn't say anything to us instead they called the local authorities and had us no trespassing
