Wasn’t free breakfast
Location was good for us
We had to change room due to terrible mold in rooom that smelled so bad. Microwave also didn’t work. We stayed 4 nights 3 outta the 4 we had to go to the front desk to get new keys because our keys didn’t work. So very disappointed for the $1000 we spent. Pretty ridiculous.
Main restrooms in restaurant area were out of order and absolutely disgusting. Table/desk in my room was sticky. Whole place needs major upgrades.

The restaurant was great! The food was very good and the servers were excellent. The value was excellent too.
The key card system was horrendous. In the first 48 hours, we had 10 sets of key cards. We were offered another room, but the soap holder in the shower was broken and moldy. Our niece was staying there also and she had trouble with key cards.
The floor in our room was dirty. The bottoms of my feet were black. The lighting in the room was dull. We bought light bulbs.
The front desk staff were good and friendly.

Old hotel, definitely needs a refresh! Bedsheets had brown stain, stains on comforter and blankets. Pool chairs were old and rotted definitely overpriced for the quality of the hotel!! very disappointed.
Pool- however the chairs need to be cleaned. Staff was helpful and allowed for late check-out.
The room smelled terrible. No drain stop in sink. Shower drain so slow, tub filled up.

The bedding was stained. Overall, just uninviting.
It would have been nice to have coffee available at 6:00 am.
There weren’t enough towels for the stay. The cleanliness of the room is what I would expect from a third rate hotel. For what you charged I would have expected much better.
Zero cars in the parking lot
Cleanliness, management, organization, hygiene, just overall gross. Had stains, missing mirror, ripped curtains, asked for new room and unkept with chair against door.
The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was really bad. The furniture is old, stained, and has several places that it has been dented or dinged. The bathroom light is very poor. The closet door looks like it has been pried open.

We stay here monthly & love it! The room is clean & comfortable. The property is well kept & attractive & the pool area is gorgeous. The restaurant is always delicious, with very generous portions! Linda is such a nice person & great server! She makes us feel very welcome! Toni Petty is Always super helpful & a wonderful GM ! Angie is so friendly & professional! She never fails to recognize us by name & ask about our family! I have said before & say again, this is our home away from home! Kailee is always there with a smile when we check out! The best staff of anywhere we stay! Thank you!!
Cleanest best stay I had and i spent a fortune fir 2 nights in Miami. EVERYTHING worked! Clean, staff super fruendly. This us a lower cost option for those wanting clean safety!!
