Pros:

Tak to prawda - ten hotel jest wielki no ale jak by nie było ma w swojej nazwie RESORT ;-) Obsługa bardzo miła, zawsze uśmiechnięta a najwyższą ocenę zasługuje Pani Kasia z recepcji, cudowna młoda kobieta która potrafiła rozwiązać problem, zaproponować nowe możliwości a wszystko to ze szczerym uśmiechem. Pokoje wszystkie z klimatem podhalańskich wibracji. Śniadania bardzo dobre, różnorodne a sztosem był żurek ;-) Sauny i basen zadbane i czyste - mała uwaga uważam, że ktoś powinien zwracać uwagę na dzieciaki w głównym basenie niestety czuliśmy się troszkę jak na kolonii. Ale generalnie hotel godny polecenia 🙂

Pros:

Raňajky boli naozaj skvelé – pestrý výber jedál . Oceňujem priebežné dopĺňanie bufetu, vďaka čomu bolo všetko vždy čerstvé a upravené. Lokalita ubytovania je výborná, navyše sa v blízkosti nachádza lyžiarske stredisko, čo je veľké plus najmä v zimnej sezóne. Po aktívnom dni sme si mohli oddýchnuť v príjemnom wellness centre, kde boli priestory čisté, upratané a pôsobili veľmi udržiavane. Celkovo hodnotím pobyt veľmi pozitívne a radi sa sem v budúcnosti vrátime.

Cons:

Bola dosť chladná voda v bazéne, pre deti to bolo náročné sa v ňom kúpať.

Hotel bol veľmi pekný a čistý, s príjemnou atmosférou. Raňajky boli vynikajúce – výber bol bohatý a veľmi dobre prispôsobený tak, aby si na svoje prišli aj Slováci.

Cons:

Jediné, čo ma trochu sklamalo, bolo veľké množstvo detí v hoteli. Úprimne som nečakala, že ich tam bude až toľko. Vo wellness centre a pri bazéne bolo často plno, miestami sme sa tam takmer ani nedostali a pokojné zaplávanie si prakticky nebolo možné užiť, keďže všade špliechali deti. Pre niekoho, kto hľadá oddych a ticho, to môže byť mierne mínus.

Pros:

Obieg jest duży ale trzeba przyznać że naprawdę dobrze skomunikowane i bardzo czysty, pokoje co prawda mają już parę lat natomiast są odświeżone co nie zawsze wygląda estetycznie. Parking pomimo wielkości obiektu jest dostosowany do ilości gości, na śniadaniu nie było kolejek a wybór jest naprawdę w porządku.

Cons:

W pokoju brakuje lodówki i sejfu co jest obowiązkowym wyposażeniem w kategorii czterech gwiazdek. O ile ten drugi jest totalnie nieprzydatny to brak lodówki może doskwierać. Kilkukrotnie poprosiłem personel też o pomoc w pewnej kwestii niestety bez odpowiedzi.
