Excellent wheelchair accessible apartment.
Pros:

Mainly to share the 1 bedroom apartment i stayed at Norwest was very well laid out for wheelchair accessibility. One of the best i have stayed in as far as layout. there was one issue with plates & cups being stored in high cupboard out of reach, but this can be easily rectified. The reception team helped me out, they are on duty till 11pm & all very helpful. Otherwise the apartment was clean, very modern, nice layout.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Luv the modern look and feel of the place and rooms. It was surprising spacious, for my little one to run around. He slept the best in this apartment. It was also great that they have both the rain shower and handheld ones. makes it easy to shower the little one. The staff was most helpful; we checked in found the bed configurations not as we requested, she helped set it up herself. Thank you.

Cons:

1. Well... there was a baby roach found in the kitchen cupboard. mmmm.... not nice.
2. the rolling chair in one room was faulty, even after it was changed twice, it was still wobbly. we used it to keep the connecting room door open in the end.
3. The structure of the connecting room door needs to be relooked, because one side totally cannot be kept open at all. we had to to a chair to keep it from closing. asnd when you have a active little one, that can be dangerous.
BUt, overall, i like it best among the 4 places we stayed this trip (including the Hyatt Rengency)

Great location but take your own food if arriving late.
Pros:

Great location for where we needed to be. Close to supermarkets and a range of excellent takeaway places. Kitchenette was a good inclusion.

Cons:

Check in confusing and the restaurant was not open even though it was advertised to be open. Meant going out in the rain after a long drive.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Love love this staying here super spacious apartments, very clean, with super comfortable beds. Always my go to place when I need to stay in the area.

Cons:

A bit loud you can hear other rooms doors opening an closing at all hours.
Nothing in the room fridge they need to stock some things you can pay for on check out like bottles water or soft drink.

We are from the country and I am really glad we chose to stay at Punthill Norwest.
Pros:

We are from the country and a trip to Sydney can be very daunting so I am very glad we chose to stay at Punthill Norwest, it made our trip most enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The king size bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was just a short walk to the Metro station for easy access to Sydney CBD.

Cons:

The aircon failed to work however one of the reception staff was able to 'override' the system and make it work.
