Spacious apartment but overall negative experience.
Pros:

Spacious apartment in a good location

Cons:

Staff was abrupt and dismissive. Pool was locked at 3pm even though it said closing time was 7pm. When asked for pool towels, staff provided small hand towels and said that’s all that is available. Pool itself was dirty and wasn’t maintained. Inside the room, couch was incredibly uncomfortable and painful to sit on. Phone in the room mimicked a 1997 Nokia and was unusable.

Lovely place, spacious, good parking.
Pros:

Location was good, close to a hospital we attended. Clean,spacious, good parking, staff good.had wifi.

Cons:

Was not easy to find as we couldn’t find any signs indicating the accommodation at the front of the building or a street number. We did find a sign heading into the parking area. Was not what was needed after a 6 hour drive.

One of our favorite places to stay
Pros:

We've stayed at these apartments many times over the years and always look forward to our visits. The location is quite and peaceful, yet it's close to some amazing restaurants and a large shopping centre. The metro is right outside the door, which makes getting around so convenient. We typically stay in the one-bedroom apartments, which are always comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge area, and balcony. The staff are fantastic - very accommodating with excellent communication. We would highly recommend the apartments and can't wait for our next stay.
