Location was great, room not too big, but cozy. My girl loved the big mirror in bathroom. 😁
There was a window next to the toilet. 😅

Nothing
The room I got had no proper curtains. Only very thin white sheer curtains. There was a rail for blinding curtains but no curtains on that rail. I contacted the hotel, they said there is nothing outside. First of all, despite the fact what’s outside, there should be proper curtains. Secondly, there were apartments with windows though at an angle opposite my room but easily anyone could see through as I could see their windows. This gave me no privacy. The hotel said there are no other rooms available and they can’t do anything about it. It was already like -1 degrees outside and chilly. It was 9pm at night. I travelled from London to Vilnius and then Vilnius to Riga by Omio bus which was delayed. I was already delayed when I checked in to the hotel and had to drop my bags and leave immediately as I booked some tours. When I returned after the tours and wanted to change my clothes, that’s when I realized there is no privacy.
The hotel team instead blamed me saying I should have checked everything when I dropped my luggage and when I said it’s a basic assumption to have curtains and privacy. Thats when I said it’s not fair and I would write a review. They started threatening me saying leave the hotel. I felt unsafe and left the hotel immediately though late at night and had to book another hotel at the last minute which was almost 1.5 x more expensive and had to get a cab. The hotel refused to take responsibility neither did they agree for a refund.
I have raised this with booking.com and hoping they would sincerely look into this case.
