Good property that needs to sort out some late arrival bugs Be aware !

Well appointed, clean, well priced, nice view. Location does get cold and no heating

Terrible arrival, pre arrival process, guests arriving after reception closed who may not have received sms for pre arrival process left totally in the dark by after hours ph number which did not answer and never replied

I specifically booked this place after hiking for 3 days for a bath soak and a comfy bed two things I didn’t get. The bathroom was dingy and the bath was about 30 years old, the bathroom also had its own danky smell as it’s in much need of some renos. The bed was uncomfortable which is saying a lot after I had just been camping in a hiking tent for 2 nights.

Perfect stay for a one week holiday.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff,. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. All amenities needed for our stay. Short walk into town, Bed very comfortable. Thai Restaurant on premises have delicious meals. Lovely view over Airlie Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing.

The view was great but did think we would be higher up.

Cons:

Freezer totally frozen up in fridge. Coffee cups disgusting. Smear marks over mirror doors. Toilet/bathroom door would not shut unless slammed. Louvre doors needed cleaning. Patio table and chairs dirty. Dining chairs dirty. Only 1 dessert bowl with no dessert spoons.
