Pleasant and refreshing. Close to restaurants—I enjoyed BJs (I think that’s the name).
Cons:

Breakfast—the eggs were ok (barely), but the “sausage”? That gray thing didn’t look, smell, or taste like sausage. Thankfully, there was fresh fruit.

Pros:

I stay here twice a year for a girls scrapbooking weekend. Facility is always clean. Front desk person Chris is the best. She's great at her job and always is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Food for kickback is a great bonus but is always the same, could use a change, which I was told is happening soon.

Drury Hotels have set the bar very high!
Pros:

I have been a long time rewards and faithful member of the big three Marriott, IHG, and Hilton for a very long time. However with our recent trip out to Colorado I decided to finally try a Drury hotel property and see how it compared. All I can say is Marriott, IHG, Hilton, etc. watch out Drury Hotels have set the bar very high! The customer service, quality, and cleanliness of the this Drury location in Westminster was very impressive. Our 1 room suite was huge and priced just right in comparison to what you would get with the big 3 hotel chains. The hotel was also spotless and very well maintained. It was also in the perfect location near Dave's Hot Chicken which my son wanted to go to every day we were there. It's also just far enough away from the city but still close enough approx 20-30 mins depending on traffic. And the breakfast and dinner they served blew me and my family away. This was hands down the best hotel complimentary breakfast we have experienced from a hotel in the states. And they also serve a light dinner in the late afternoon/early evening however I wouldn't call it light. While we were there they had chicken Alfredo, chili, nachos, hot dogs, pulled pork sliders, and so much more. There IS NOT another hotel chain including the big three that I previously mentioned that does that and if they did I am almost certain they would charge you. Moving forward if we are traveling I will be looking for a Drury location first and yes we will be staying there.

Another great stay at Drury Plaza
Pros:

I love Drury Lanes and this was no exception. The hotel room was clean, large, had a great set up. Very, very comfortable. Bed was also comfortable.

The evening meal and breakfast were very good.

This was near some busy roads, but totally quiet, I could hear nothing from my room - no sounds inside or outside the room.

Staff were friendly.

I have no complaints at all.

Great family stay
