The facilities are accessible, the staff is approachable and even the OJT's. I will reccomend this hotel for vacation.

I stayed at Boracay Ocean Club Spa Resort with friends and had a great experience. The place was relaxing, clean, and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the beachfront view made our stay enjoyable and memorable and lastly the 6th floor Sky Lounge is beautiful place.

At the first place I am curious to what really it feels to be or experience life in Boracay especially to your chosen accommodation/establishment but all I can say is it's all good,try it to believe it!.

Boracay ocean club resort and spa is a great place to relax and unwind, with beautiful beachfront perfect for sunset viewing. The staffs are nice and accommodating.

My stay at the hotel was average, with decent service, clean rooms, and satisfactory facilities that met basic expectations.

Stayed at Boracay Ocean Club and loved the Station 3 beachfront location — quiet, relaxing, and steps from the water. Room was spacious and comfy, a bit dated but totally fine. Staff were friendly, rooftop pool was great for sunsets, and the vibe was laid-back with some music at night.

Tip: Ask for a quieter room and grab beach loungers early.

False Advertising and Poor Service

Agoda clearly states that the Superior Room comes with a balcony, which was one of the main reasons I booked. But as per their Customer Service, this kind of room doesn't have a balcony and I should raise the concern to Agoda and not to them (see screenshots). This is misleading.

Housekeeping service was just as disappointing. I specifically requested my room to be cleaned before 8:00 AM. When I returned around 11:30 AM, the room was still untouched—no cleaning done, no bed made, nothing. I asked them 3x to clean the room (first: before 8am, second: when I arrived around 11:30 AM, and third: when I directly asked those housekeeping staff roaming in the hallway). The Front Office representative (Joy Reyes) told me that they are following an MUR system that's why my room was not yet cleaned (even after more than 3 hours). Well, obviously, their system didn't work and failed.

Instead of proper service, it was the General Manager herself (Hanel Salcedo) who went to the room and cleaned it. While I appreciate the effort, this only highlights how poorly managed the hotel is. Even then, they failed to refill basic toiletries, which is the bare minimum for any hotel, let alone a “resort & spa.”

For the price they charge, this level of service is not acceptable. Misleading room descriptions, unreliable housekeeping, and lack of attention to basic guest needs make this place not worth the money. I would not recommend this place!

B400 Family Room
This is the best option for families. It has two rooms, perfect for a family of four, and can even accommodate an extra bed for a family of five. One room has a king-size bed, while the other has two double beds. We requested to join the two double beds, and it turned out to be even more spacious than the king-size bed. My son and his wife, together with their two kids (3 and 8 years old), were comfortably sleeping in one bed.

Room 3312 – Panoramic Ocean View
This room was for my other son, his wife, and their baby. They were celebrating their wedding anniversary, and I requested a simple greeting from the hotel—but it was beyond my expectations. It was perfect. The room itself, the bed, the outdoor jacuzzi, and the breathtaking ocean view truly justified the higher rate. This is definitely one of the best rooms in the hotel.

Sky Lounge
The foam party was amazing! The kids enjoyed it so much—and of course, so did the adults. The staff were very accommodating, except for the manager, who was not very welcoming. I don’t discriminate, but as a leader, being customer-oriented really matters.

The Spa
Very elegant, relaxing, and beautifully done. However, I noticed that it closes early at 10:00 PM. I hope they consider extending the hours to at least beyond 12:00 midnight, as it’s the perfect time to enjoy a massage after a full day of activities.

The Gym
Perfect—complete with all the necessary equipment.

Front Desk
Very good and accommodating.

Housekeeping
I specifically requested that the beddings not be changed to help minimize costs for the hotel—just cleaning the room and changing the towels. It was my small way of contributing to environmental sustainability.

Overall
We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Boracay Ocean Club. We will definitely be back this Holy Week, bringing along more family members.

I had a great time staying at Boracay Ocean Club. We went to celebrate the new year’s and we made the right decision to stay here. I especially liked the foam parties and events they do at the Sky Lounge.

We have once again had the pleasure of vacationing at Ocean Beach Club Boracay and it has once again been a great experience.
Friendly and always helpful staff, nice room with a fantastic view of the sea, nice room, all in all a great experience.

I strongly advise other travelers to stay away from this establishment, due to their shockingly poor attitude toward customers. I had booked two rooms with Boracay Ocean Club through Agoda, and this booking was listed as fully refundable. Two of the people in our party ended up canceling their trip, so I asked the hotel if I could cancel one room and keep the other room. Boracay Ocean Club flat out refused, saying they would not allow me to modify the booking. They insisted that only Agoda could make such a change. So I contacted an Agoda agent, who called the hotel to modify the booking. But he was told the same thing -- the hotel still refused. My only remedy was to cancel the booking entirely via Agoda and find another hotel, which is what I wound up doing. This should have been a very simple matter for the hotel to resolve, and the absolute unwillingness to help speaks volumes about their appalling lack of care for customers. I would never again attempt to book a room at this hotel, knowing how little they care.

It was a lovely and cozy place. Luckily, we got a free upgrade and got the premier room (I think?). We are on the 3rd flr and got a balcony, the view though is residential but not a big deal, the room is spacious, and well lit and smells clean. I'm particular with the bathroom and I am satisfied with the cleanliness of this place. They also have a rooftop pool (not sure if it's infinity pool though) and a bar. The staff are all nice, this is a beach front and I'd say the end part of the upbeat area, the right place for peace and a little bit of crowd. The breakfast buffet was good, there's cereals, bread, rice and noodles, viand and taho!! (silken tofu). The food on the first day was good, I liked everything. But on the second day, there's only one viand which is corned beef, sadly, I don't eat this. The options are less than the first day so I'm a little sad and disappointed. On the other hand, they have a foam party! Timed one in the morning and one at night. They have performers at night as well. Overall we had a good stay here, we are well accommodated from start to end of our stay and might be back again in the future, who knows. :)

The pillows were incredibly fluffy—the best sleep I've had in ages! The ocean views were breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort's tranquil atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. I'd definitely return.
