Boracay Ocean Club

I strongly advise other travelers to stay away from this establishment, due to their shockingly poor attitude toward customers. I had booked two rooms with Boracay Ocean Club through Agoda, and this booking was listed as fully refundable. Two of the people in our party ended up canceling their trip, so I asked the hotel if I could cancel one room and keep the other room. Boracay Ocean Club flat out refused, saying they would not allow me to modify the booking. They insisted that only Agoda could make such a change. So I contacted an Agoda agent, who called the hotel to modify the booking. But he was told the same thing -- the hotel still refused. My only remedy was to cancel the booking entirely via Agoda and find another hotel, which is what I wound up doing. This should have been a very simple matter for the hotel to resolve, and the absolute unwillingness to help speaks volumes about their appalling lack of care for customers. I would never again attempt to book a room at this hotel, knowing how little they care.

It was a lovely and cozy place. Luckily, we got a free upgrade and got the premier room (I think?). We are on the 3rd flr and got a balcony, the view though is residential but not a big deal, the room is spacious, and well lit and smells clean. I'm particular with the bathroom and I am satisfied with the cleanliness of this place. They also have a rooftop pool (not sure if it's infinity pool though) and a bar. The staff are all nice, this is a beach front and I'd say the end part of the upbeat area, the right place for peace and a little bit of crowd. The breakfast buffet was good, there's cereals, bread, rice and noodles, viand and taho!! (silken tofu). The food on the first day was good, I liked everything. But on the second day, there's only one viand which is corned beef, sadly, I don't eat this. The options are less than the first day so I'm a little sad and disappointed. On the other hand, they have a foam party! Timed one in the morning and one at night. They have performers at night as well. Overall we had a good stay here, we are well accommodated from start to end of our stay and might be back again in the future, who knows. :)

The pillows were incredibly fluffy—the best sleep I've had in ages! The ocean views were breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort's tranquil atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. I'd definitely return.

Amazing Stay, underatted location in Station 3, peaceful beachfront, great infinity pool with daily foam party, well appointed rooms. With 24 hours convenience store, ATM machine, 24 hours beachfront bar, beach front restaurant, gym, spa and great staff. KUDOS to Boracay Ocean Club team!

Location: this hotel is on the beach which is great. But getting to it once you get dropped off from your transfer is quite a hike and if you have lots of luggage and it's hot, forget it. We used Southwest Transfers which was great btw, would recommend. But with the 5 of us we had 1 guy walk us to hotel which meant only help for 2 luggage. You probably can arrange for hotel to come help but then you would be waiting.
It's located in station 3 which is super quiet. So if you want this then yes this is the right station but if you want more action and really busy area go to station 2 for sure.
There is a food court/night market close by. The set up is weird you don't go to different stalls, whatever stall seats you basically gets your service. But they had the most amazing and entertaining fireshow show that I have seen yet!

Room: I got a diamond suite beach front. Which had an AMAZING view. Do not go for the panoramic suite as even though you have this huge deck, I doubt you could see the ocean from your room, you'd have to go to the end of the deck. I happened to get an updated Diamond suite which was pretty nice. My daughter who also booked a diamond suite got an older one. I think they only have 1 updated room. Her tiles on her floor were litterally moving, like they were coming out. You would think they would fixt that before letting anyone stay there. Both our rooms had really bad stained sheets. I mean so much staining that not only did I have to take the pics and send to the manager to make sure I got charged but they were so many, so gross and so big that i am surprised housekeeping would even put them on my bed. I always travel with disposable sheets and its the best thing ever. The room smelt like mildew, both rooms. My daughter and my other friend in a standard room checked in with no towels in their room.
The room does have a hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker.

Breakfast: no thanks. The selection was just not good. And when they had a decent selection like corn beef one morning, they ran out, filled it up with COLD cornbeef like i mean COLD. Fresh cooked eggs but not made to order. A soup station. Selection was small but it is a smaller hotel.

The rooftop bar was DEAD every single night. The foam "parties" no one was there but just children. It definately is not a party hotel as advertised. They did have singers every night but also dead. And a 24 hour bar located at the hotel.

staff was really great but this hotel is just so run down and the location is boring. The only thing that made this stay great was my view from my room.

Do NOT stay here!

We booked the Diamond Suite, expecting a premium experience based on the room description and price point. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.

First of all, the room was dirty and clearly not maintained. There was no separate bathtub, even though it was clearly listed in the room details. The sheets were stained, mold was all over the shower, and there were ants crawling everywhere, likely because the balcony door didn’t shut all the way. To make things worse, there was a constant sewer smell in the room.

The balcony doors didn’t have handles on the outside, making them hard to open. The flooring tiles are loose, posing a tripping hazard and making it hard to open the front door. We didn’t even receive towels upon check-in, and the dental kit was already opened, which is just gross. There was also nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, which is baffling for a suite-level room.

On top of all this, the hotel refused to give us more than one room key, which made things inconvenient for two people.

The worst part? We paid the same price as my parents, who got a much nicer, more modern room. This room felt outdated, neglected, and far from luxurious.

Save your money and avoid the disappointment—we will never stay here again.

Amazing experience in Boracay! The view is impeccable, especially in their sky lounge. They also have great food, food quality is amazing. Overall, it was a fun experience. We would love to return again. This is a highly recommended hotel.

Truly the best experience ever! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. And the view from the Sky Lounge during sunset? Absolutely breathtaking no words can fully capture how grateful and happy I felt during my stay. It was unforgettable.

Everything was excellent, location right on a beautiful beach with great local amenities around, choice of food at breakfast, entertainment, wonderful clean room and very helpful staff.

Boracay Ocean Club provides a tranquil beachfront setting, perfect for those who seek a more peaceful escape by the ocean. However, accessing the hotel requires a 5 to 8-minute walk, as e-trikes cannot reach the front beach area. While the serene location is a highlight, certain aspects could use improvement, such as food variety and service efficiency—I had to contact the front desk three times before receiving bath towels for my room. Additionally, there were no slippers provided, and I did not receive a welcome drink upon arrival.

Despite these minor inconveniences, I was delighted to have booked my stay four months in advance at a lower price and was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a premium room featuring a partial sea view, making the experience truly memorable.

My recent stay at Boracay Ocean Club Resort and Spa was absolutely fantastic! My aunt and her family enjoyed the delicious food and celebrated her son's birthday there. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and attentive staff they truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The overall experience was exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful Boracay getaway.

The Resort and the staffs were so nice. We were even given a free room upgrade and the room had a anniversary set up which my boyfriend and I enjoyed very much. The food were really good and the foam party was very enjoyable as well. . I would definitely come back and visit again.

I recently stayed at Boracay Ocean Club, and honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic-right on the beach at Station 3, which is quieter and less crowded than the more popular areas but still close enough to everything you want to explore on the island.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made waking up feel really special. I loved being able to step out and have the beach just a few steps away. The resort itself has a relaxed, friendly vibe that made it easy to unwind.

One of my favorite parts was the rooftop infinity pool. Swimming there while looking out over the ocean was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. The poolside dining was also great-fresh food and drinks with a view, what more could you ask for?

The entertainment in the evenings was a nice touch. They had live music, some fun performances, and even a foam party one night, which was unexpected but a lot of fun. It made the nights lively without being overwhelming.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to answer questions or offer recommendations. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was a good way to start the day.

If you’re looking for a beachfront resort that’s comfortable, well-located, and offers a mix of relaxation and fun, Boracay Ocean Club is definitely worth considering. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d happily stay there again on my next trip to Boracay.

• Staff are friendly, especially the manager (though I forgot the name).
• Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Cons:
• Limited selection of food at the breakfast buffet.
• Few beach lounges and chairs available.

Overall, my experience with this hotel was great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family

No road access. We have to carry our luggage on uneven pathway

- my bed had mould on it
- they Never give fresh towels - have to ask
- Floors are sandy - need a door mat into room
- rooms on right side face a residential living area

Highly recommended Family Hotel. Close to the beach and quiet area. Perfect if you want a quiet environment. Beautiful place with friendly and very helpful staff, we really enjoyed our short stay.

The only thing we didn't like was that the room wasn't cleaned on time on daily basis, no one would even check/follow up. The floor tiles (about 5-6 pcs) in the Panoramic Ocean Suite Room near both the bedside table and the back of the headboard near the bathroom were broken, cracked and wobbly which was unsafe.

Reservation staff takes too long to respond to emails and doesn't read the query carefully.
