La Tour Intendance

No curtain on window with adjacent apartment looking into room reception was aware but did nothing. Room and furniture basic and old.

Great location. No parking, needs to be clear in booking details where to park . We drive around for an hour trying to figure it out. Breakfast room and food was good. Staff was nice . Room was not good . I wouldn’t stay there again .

We were given a room across the road from the main hotel, a sort of family room with extra beds in a mezzanine, even though there was just the two of us, but this turned out to be nice - spacious, quiet and no extra cost. Considering the location, right by the ritzy shopping area, this hotel is amazingly good value. There are nice places for breakfast just nearby as well as shopping and the cathedral and generally all this wonderful city has to offer. So, we had a good stay.

This very small room was in a historic building which has been creatively remodeled. Some of the plumbing did not seem up to standard.

Horrible experience

Location, location and one more time location. Its in the heart of an old town,Everything is around the corner
Its very basic hotel with tiny rooms but its clean and absolutely sufficient for few days.. Staff is friendly and helpfull.Breakfast is decent. Its absolutely worth its money.
But if you look for something more luxury its not the place .

The hotel is very centrally located so was ideal for all the shops, restaurants and amenities around. Clean, tidy and great for a short stay in the city.

Very cute hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. There was no air conditioning but you could crack a window open. I didn’t mind but my husband was a bit overheated.

My room was not ready till 2 hours after the check-in time. Very small room. The bathroom was too small to even stand in to dry myself after a shower. I heard every step taken in the surrounding rooms. I would not stay there again

We booked a superior room like the picture in the reservation but We got terrible room on a backstreet. We hated our stay!

Excellent location. A very nice classic French hotel with charm. Small room and bathroom by American standards but quite normal for France. Good A/C. A nice place to stay and would come again.

Chambre donnant sur une rue arrière, lit très confortable, mauvaise surprise avec la lunette des toilettes non fixée (il aurait été souhaitable que ce soit vérifié avant).

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. We were not given a room in the main hotel but shunted to an annex down the street. The room on floor one was more like a closet, the shower had a significant amount of mold just above the tile and the water pressure was inadequate. The photos do not represent what you will see once on the property. Don’t recommend you stay on this hotel.

We booked Intendance, but were put in a different hotel nearby. The nearby hotel rooms did not match the standard evident in the photo which presumably was a room in Intendance.

The hotel was ok and as I looked at my room I liked it more. It was not special or well decorated but it was adequate. It was all ok though. Location was good.

Dejligt hotel i gammelt hus som er nænsomt restaureret. Fransk charme. Små værelser. Super god beliggenhed midt i det historisk velbevarede Bordeaux.
