Pulizia, bagno intasato per 1 giorno, per un soggiorno di cinque giorni lo spazio per sistemare i vestiti è risultato scarso. Non era presente un vero armadio né una cassettiera.

Un ottimo indirizzo, un hotel semplice ma pulito e comodo
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanze pulite, buona posizione per centro Londra, via calma, ci vado ogni volta che passo per lavoro. Letto comodo.

Pros:

staff was nice on the moment, but later on on the customer care totally unhelpful and very unhuman

Cons:

had a sudden health issue, had to leave the hotel 20minutes after checkout, yet they didn't wanna help with some credit for further use. left them with an unused room, it was nobody s fault yet they considered I used the room. never again, i like places with a bit more of the human side
