Alt i alt et fint ophold til prisen, men det med vandet, var kilde til stor irritation.
Pros:

Tæt på indkøb og strand

Cons:

Vi havde flere morgener helt uden vand. Og vi havde måske varmt vand 2 ud af 13 dage vi var der, ellers var det kolde bade

Pros:

Polecam bardzo ten hotel. Bardzo miły personel, bardzo dobre śniadania, czysto. Do plaży około 200m. W pobliżu wszystko co potrzeba. Sklepy, restauracje, apteka. Chętnie tam wrócę :-)

Если бы не прекрасный Тайланд ,отдых был бы испорчен

Просторные номера, смена полотенец каждый день

Cons:

Отсутствие терминала для оплаты картой, пришлось снимать с банкомата деньги и переплачивать, с нас требовали дополнительно деньги которые мы уже заплатили! Не было воды , завтраки единообразный , в одном номере не работал холодильник а именно морозилка!

Pros:

Уборка каждый день, полотенца тоже часто меняют и постельное. Хорошие завтраки. Очень приветливый и улыбчивый персонал. Рядом с отелем есть много кафе. Есть пляжные полотенца. Также можно оставить свои вещи на ресепшене до отлета.

Чуть-чуть быть более разнообразные завтраки.

toll. gerne wieder!
Pros:

tolle lage. der strand ist 5 gehminuten entfernt. es gibt dort viele bäume und daher auch schatten. ein kleiner thai food markt lädt zum essen und verweilen ein. mega chillig.

Cons:

die zimmer im neuen gebäude sind sehr viel schöner als die im alten.

Trop cher pour les prestations offertes.
Pros:

Grande chambre bien conçue.

Cons:

Promiscuité avec les immeubles voisins, parties communes étroites (réception, restaurant et piscine), manque d’isolation phonique entre les chambres. Il faut traverser un terrain vague avec chantier pour aller à la plage.

Pros:

Frukosten var ok, dock var mkt av det som egentligen skulle vara varmt kallt. Ngn dag fanns det ingen youghurt och svaret var bara "no has", det gick inte att gå i väg och handla mer. Omelett som kunde beställas var god. I övrigt bra service och rena fina rum.
Lugnt och skönt poolområde, pool-handdukar finns.

Pros:

Fint hotell som ligger ca 3 min gång till stranden. Okej frukost och ett lugnt hotell som var välstädat och välskött

Cons:

Personalen skulle behöva gå en kurs i service. Dessutom står allt på ryska. Ska du hitta något på engelska så får du vända på skyltarna

Pros:

Отличная трешка. Большие , чистые номера. До моря 5 мин хоть бы через парк. Сытные завтраки ( фрукты, оладушки, омлет ) Очень приветливый персонал ( особенно девушка , она и на ресепшен и в ресторане помогает) в парке работает рынок ( и покушать и фрукты)

Cons:

Рядом стройки , которые в принципе не мешают. Но в парке идет реконструкция

Посадить много цветов во внутренний дворик в номере U5))) это бы сгладило впечатление
Pros:

Сначала я забронировала номер на первом этаже. Он был достаточно просторный, но ОЧЕНЬ тёмный, некомфортно.
Я обратилась к сотрудникам отеля с просьбой о замене номера, и уже на следующий день, как только появились свободные варианты, мне пошли навстречу. И это было лучшее решение! Новый номер оказался просто великолепным, светлый, свежий, чистый, с прекрасным видом.
Я искренне благодарна персоналу за внимательность и готовность помочь. Это огромный плюс этого места. Сотрудники всегда улыбчивые, доброжелательные и действительно стараются сделать отдых гостей комфортным. Для нас это было так, помогали нам сверх наших ожиданий. Я очень благодарна.
Завтраки хорошие: всегда есть выбор, свежие фрукты, яйца, омлет, тосты, вкусный кофе. Всё простое, но свежее и приятное.
Отдельное преимущество — расположение. Это прям кайф! Отель находится совсем рядом с пляжем Сурин. С одной стороны — 7-Eleven, с другой — фруктовая лавка. Поблизости несколько отличных кафе и ресторанов, в том числе замечательный гавайский ресторан с очень вкусными ужинами.
Пляж Сурин — просто великолепный.
Если меня спросить, вернусь ли я сюда снова — да. В следующий приезд на Сурин я выберу именно этот отель.
