Pros:

The location is great walking distance to jalan alor street food, bukit bintang mrt and popular shopping malls. The staff from front desk to house keeping are amazing. Non smoking hotel.

Cons:

The bed has no mattress cover, even the pillow, one out of two bath towels are being replaced despite of being used, only bath gel and toilet tissue are the amenities, the sofa chair are stained, the bath rooms glass wall corner has molds.
