A suíte tem um ótimo espaço, cama maravilhosa e banheiro super bem equipado. Toda a equipe do hotel foi maravilhosa e sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos com a nossa bebê de 1 ano. Inclusive nos ajudaram quando tivermos problemas com o nosso carro alugado e guardaram nossas malas enquanto viajamos para outras cidades.
Close to main attractions, close to Avenida metro station, Rossio train station. Walking distance from all worth seeing places. Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, it was really quiet so we slept very well. There are lot of options for breakfast, comparing to what you can get as a breakfast in Portugal these were really tasty and all guests can pick up something they like. Staff was friendly and nice.

The hotel is in a near perfect location for those looking to explore Lisbon. The food was excellent and the room was spotless.
The reception and concierge were both seamless and unobtrusive, arranging taxis and restaurants with the minimum of fuss.
Oh and loved the pianist in the evenings was a lovely touch.
The restaurant is simply too small for breakfast when the weather prevents the use of the lovely terrace and garden. Service went from from exceptional to slow depending on the staff.
The lobby looks cool but there are an extremely limited number of chairs.

Decoración muy bonita de la habitación, espaciosa y cómoda. Buena ubicación en una de las calles de más prestigio de la ciudad. Metro justo en la puerta. Cafe buenísimo y posibilidad de escoger platos calientes cocinados al momento.

Otel çok lüks markaların olduğu ana caddede yer alıyor. Her yere çok yakın ve yürüyerek gidip gelebiliyorsunuz. Zevkli güzel döşenmiş çok büyük odaları var, oda temizliği kusursuz, merkezde olmasına rağmen huzurlu bir uyku uyunuyor hem dışardan ses gelmiyor hem de yatakları çok rahat. Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve çok çeşitli, akşam yemek de yemek istedik oteli çok sevdiğimizden, yemekte canlı müzik var, yemekleri çok lezzetli ve sushi barı da muhteşem! Sürekli odalara tatlı ikramları getiriyorlar ve çocuklara çikolata getiriyorlar. Girişteki kahve makinası ve şampanya ikramları otele girince yorgunluk alıyor, dört dörtlüktü her şey! Teşekkür ederiz.

Paguei pela diária na íntegra, tal qual ofertado, mas o hotel simplesmente resolveu não nos hospedar alegando um erro do booking e não nos prestou nenhuma assistência, nos deixou na rua, sem hotel. Descaso, desrespeito e total indiferença com a situação, que não demos causa. Houve demora no reembolso e não reembolsaram o IOF. Dedutivamente não recomendo esse hotel!
