Wonderful location but don't go to the gym.
Pros:

Perfect location on the most beautiful avenue in Lisbon...liberdade ave. Hotel is near all things. Lovely room; bed; garden is exquisite; drinks on par.

Cons:

Lighting inside is a little dark. NOW, i would have given an excellent rating but for one MAJOR problem. Without a doubt this was the worse Gym facility i have ever seen, let alone a 5 star hotel. They had 2 machines ONLY..one bike and one treadmill...that's it. It had a few weights and the room was infested with flies. I was floored with how basic and limited the facility is. Does NOBODY work out when they come to Lisbon?

Cons:

Закуската определено може да се подобри , липсват не малко неща на блок масата за 5-звезден хотел . Вкусът и качеството на кафето също трябва да се промени. Искахме да си поръчаме нещо от руумсървиза в 21:45 часа и след неколкократно позвъняване никой не ни отговори и така и не можах да си поръчам нищо . Другото , което не е окей са възглавниците за спане , изключително неудобни и нискокачествени .

Sehr freundliches Personal, aber von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr Flair und Comfort..
Pros:

Das frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage ist super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung und Bett sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel hat keine Lobby, keine Schwimmbad, nur einen winzigen Fitnessraum. Insgesamt ist alles ein wenig zu dunkel gehalten.

Pros:

The spacious and spotless room was a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel generously offered complimentary coffee, wine, and water downstairs. The breakfast was simply delicious.

Cons:

I found the lighting to be unsatisfactory. The most significant improvement I would like to see is better lighting, particularly in the bathroom.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Lüks mağazaların bulunduğu bulvarın üstünde. Merkeze yürünebilecek kadar yakın ama gürültüsünden uzak. Odalar geniş, yataklar büyük ve rahat. Her gün temizleniyor. Kahvaltı biz Türkler için bile yeterli. Hem açık büfe var hem de kahvaltı menüsünden sipariş verebiliyorsunuz. Tekrar kalmak için tercih ederiz.

Pros:

The location is great. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and generally the restaurant and the room service were all very good. Many restaurants are situated within walking distance which are pretty good too. Lots of great shopping too within walking distance
