Perfectly located
Great location. Lovely patio for dining and exceptionally helpful staff
Localização excelente. Quarto amplo, confortável e muito limpo. Ótimos lençóis e toalhas de banho. Um elogio especial para a atendente do café da manhã Oksana, extremamente gentil, simpática e atenciosa. Ela é uma exceção comparada aos outros funcionários do hotel, sobretudo os da recepção (alguns não dão nem “bom dia”).
O gerente nos deu um upgrade de acomodação, logo após eu pedir um check in antecipado e receber a resposta pouco gentil da recepcionista que o hotel estava lotado, mas que às 15h o quarto estaria pronto (eram 11h30 da manhã e estávamos viajando há 24h).
O tipo de box molha muito o banheiro.
Pouca variedade no café da manhã, principalmente de frutas e doces, são os mesmos itens todos os dias.
Falta hospitalidade e simpatia dos funcionários, sobretudo os funcionários da recepção, parecem estar sempre de mau humor, não são acolhedores.
