Toller Kurztrip in wunderbarem Stadthotel

Super schickes und sehr zentrales Stadthotel in bester Lage.
Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie den Welcome Drink, die Törtchen und Schokolade gefreut - unser Zimmer ware auch tip top mit sehr bequemen und großem Bett! Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und frisch.
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! :)

Hospedagem não honrou a reserva

Cons:

No dia da hospedagem, fui informada de que o valor da minha reserva realizada pelo Booking estaria incorreto, alegando um erro de sistema. A reserva foi cancelada unilateralmente, embora o equívoco não tenha sido causado por mim.
Considero que o estabelecimento deveria honrar o valor confirmado no momento da reserva, conforme as condições apresentadas na plataforma. Além disso, o cancelamento ocorreu no próprio dia da chegada, à noite, o que me causou grande transtorno, pois já estava na cidade e precisei procurar outro hotel de última hora.
A experiência foi bastante desgastante e não condiz com o padrão de confiabilidade esperado ao utilizar o Booking.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, engageret og yderst venlig personale, flotte lokaler (vores med kæmpe terrasse) og rengøring i top.

Cons:

Valgte bl.a. hotellet pga billeder og beskrivelse af hotellets fitness, da dette skulle bruges i forbindelse med genoptræning af et knæ. Fotnesslokalet levede dog ikke op til billederne. Der varkun én cykel og denne var defekt samt ét løbebånd. Hertil få håndvægte, to træningsbolde og en kinesio Techno maskine. Jeg besøgte lokalet ad tre omgange og hver gang var vi flere, der kæmpede om udstyret. Man kan ikke kalde dette et firnessområde og jeg synes, st det er ærgerligt, at et så fantastisk hotel ikke fokuserer mere på det. Cyklen havde i fælge receptionen været defekt i flere uger og de ville give ledelsen besked. Dog ingen andre muligheder/kompensation i andre centre.
