Deberían de mejorar las instalaciones de AC y resolución de quejas

Cons:

Que no funcione el aire acondicionado en pleno julio y que te digan que hasta el día siguiente no lo pueden arreglar sin poder dormir en toda la noche. Ninguna disculpa ni compensación por no haber podido dormir en toda la noche.

Heel fijn hotel, grote kamers, zeer comfortabel. Een perfecte plek om het gebied verder te verkennen. Parkeerplaats met voldoende plek naast het hotel. We hebben een paar keer naar het dorp gelopen, dat is te doen maar als je net een wandeling in de Picos achter de rug hebt, dan is het ook wel fijn om even met de auto naar het dorp te gaan. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid dus je hoeft niet bang te zijn dat als je terugkomt dat je niet kunt parkeren. Ontbijt is qua keuze heel goed, er is ook altijd voldoende aanwezig. Hotel ziet er verzorgt uit, hier en daar een wat bijzondere design keuze maar dat is meer persoonlijke smaak (behang, vloerbedekking, etc.). Maar zeer verzorgd. Het uitzicht vanuit het hotel is super!

Cons:

De ontbijtzaal is een beetje gedateerd, niet echt gezellig. Het uitzicht maakt echter veel goed.

Eerste dagen geen gedekte tafels bij het ontbijt. Enkel heel kleine bordjes ter beschikking. Ontbijtzaal wat gedateerd.

Tof verblijf al misten we een zwembad en een vroeger ontbijt.
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker avondeten. Mooie, ruime kamers

Cons:

Ontbijt kan beter voor deze prijs. Pas om 8h ontbijt wat laat is om in de bergen te gaan wandelen.
Er is geen zwembad.
