Amazing couples get away!
Pros:

Great downtown location that wasn’t too busy! Lots of places to eat and see really close by! Beautiful rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant that was really fun!

Cons:

I had paid for parking with my reservation but didn’t specify valet when we pulled up! The attendant sent us to the parking garage, and when we checked in we were told parking was included and to pull up out front! So we had to go get the car and go right back to valet where we started, and the attendant still tried to tell us we were wrong! He checked with the front desk and then happily parked our car!!

Front Desk Excellence at Hotel Palomar
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Jessica at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She made my spouse’s and my stay the best we’ve ever had at any IHG property. She helped us find great local spots and set up our stay perfectly. Hotel Palomar needs more people like her. She’s the reason this hotel is now our new favorite place to stay when visiting Phoenix.

Every time I go to this hotel it’s always a pleasant stay. Ali Dom the valet guy was extremely helpful as well. Didn’t have to wait long to get our car.

Pros:

Jessica was amazing. She took our call earlier in the day and had our accommodations ready when we arrived. She made our new years amazing! The hotel was amazing, too. Restaurants were overpriced.

Dom made our stay cheerful and like we were returning home!
Pros:

The concierge, Dom, was incredibly helpful with directions, insightful about Phoenix, and always with a kind word and smile on his face. The hotel is wonderful and so are the staff.
