The bird sanctuary
No food when we arrived at 9pm
Free entry to the bird park - which was amazing. We went to a 'bird demonstration', which brought tears to our eyes.
Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.
Buffet breakfast was good.
Room was spacious.
We booked a taxi through the hotel, which didn't: turn up in time. Not the hotel's fault, but it was rather disappointing. We managed to get a lift to where we were going (parkrun) with another couple.
We asked for an extra half an hour to check out, but were refused point blank, which we thought was a bit harsh.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Es sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt bei den Hotel.
Das Zimmer hat nicht gut gerochen. Das Badezimmer war nicht komfortabel. Der Wasserdruck war kaum vorhanden. Man hat in der Nacht jedes Geräusch vom Flur gehört und die Betten waren auch nicht gut.

The price of the bikes. We thought €20 each was a lot to just get to parkrun and back. We were very disappointed that there was no flexibility in this price. As a result we didn't take them and walked instead!

Ein schöner, entspannter Ort für eine Übernachtung bei einem Besuch im Keukenhof. Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Restaurantküche für ein gelungenes Abendessen. Durch die ruhige, abgelegene Lage ist es ideal, um einfach im Hotel zu entspannen oder ein nahegelegenes Restaurant zu genießen – perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit.
Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine Nacht, jedoch ist die sehr abgelegene Lage recht isoliert. Außer dem Hotel und einem nahegelegenen Restaurant gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung, sodass man stark eingeschränkt ist. Für längere Aufenthalte oder mehr Flexibilität eher weniger geeignet.
Ein außergewöhnliches großes Zimmer, ruhig gelegen an einem imposanten Vogelpark. Ein besonderer Dank gebührt
dem Servicepersonal und der Küche zum dazugehörigen Restaurant.
Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
Brunch was really great and the price-quality was good for a comfortable, spacious and clean room.
We actually didn't book with the intention of visiting the avifauna park, so it was a nice complementary entry!
Not a great connection to public transport to the city centre.
