de service was goed en de kwaliteiten van vandervalk zie je terug!
Pros:

onbijt was goed! alles was verzorgd en goed aangevuld. Uiteraard is er wel een groot veschil tussen afivauna en hotel schiphol maar hier was ik ook tevreden.

Cons:

de kamers waren wel verzorgd maar ik vond dat het interieur enorm verrouderd is en de badkamer is ook wel toe aan vernieuwing. De menukaart was ook niet zo groot.

pleasant.
Pros:

The atmosphere was nice. The staff were really helpful, though I stayed there for a very brief time. But the overall experience was OK.

Cons:

The reception and the dining area were apart from the main building. which for starter was confusing.

Fijn wat verouderd hotel
Pros:

Een mooi wat verouderd hotel. Ruime kamers, douche en bad, goede bedden.
Vlotte incheck wat te vroeg.
Fijn dat je er ook nog iets kan drinken in de gezellige bar.
Goed ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Hier en daar ligt een tegel los en zijn de tapijten wat versleten.

Verschrikkelijk personeel
Cons:

Verschrikkelijk. Het personeel was erg naar en onprofessioneel! Mijn vriendin en ik kwamen bij het hotel aan helemaal vanuit een andere stad met de taxi, en zonder enig idee ging het personeel een man en een vrouw ons vooroordelen en beschuldigen dat wij met de mensen te maken hadden die een kamer hadden gereserveerd een paar minuten voor ons. Ze vonden het te “toevallig” dat wij precies na hun een kamer hadden geboekt. Ze zeiden dat die mensen op de zwarte lijst staan waar wij helemaal niet bij hoorde. Er werd gezegd dat ze onze kamer zouden annuleren en dat we zo snel mogelijk weg moesten, anders zou de politie gebeld worden. Wat een verschrikkelijk personeel en wij komen nooit meer terug!

Een meer dan uitstekend verblijf
Pros:

Wij hebben een keurige kamer gekregen en het feit dat er een ligbad aanwezig was maakte het meer dan compleet. Na een dag parkbezoek was het heerlijk voor onze spieren om een bad te nemen, en ook hebben we zalig geslapen, goede bedden, met keurig schoon linnengoed. `s ochtends hebben we ook gelijk een lekker bakje koffie kunnen zetten met de aanwezige koffie apparaatjes, ook weer een extra luxe.In de bar beneden zijn we ook zeer hartelijk en vriendelijk bediend door de bar-juffrouw, wat een ontzettend gezellige ruimte met uitzicht op het groen en het park, ontzettend leuk ingericht met zitjes en ook buiten alwaar een gashaard aanwezig is. Wij komen hier absoluut weer graag terug naar toe!

Wir haben das Komfortzimmer gebucht. Im Internet stand, dass ein Balkon respeltiv Gartenblick im Zimmer mit inbegriffen ist. Wir haben weder das eine noch das andere bekommen. Im Flur des Hotels war ein eigenartiger Geruch. Das Badezimmer war sehr veraltet. Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis meiner Meinung.
