We would have liked to have breakfast outside
La vue depuis la chambre.
Bon petit déjeuner.
L'absence de décoration dans la chambre,des meubles (qui sont des copies d'ancien )datent des années 1960,pas de tapis, tableaux etc.
Chambre triste.
On paie la magnifique vue mais le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon du tout.
Parking à proximité très cher.
Bref, c'est un attrape - touriste.
A beautiful, well appointed hotel in the perfect location. The grounds are lovely, and you get free entry into the gardens next door and can avoid the fee and a very long line of people to get in. Right on the lake with multiple restaurants and bars so you can enjoy the stunning view of the lake and the mountains. The room was thoughtfully equipped and comfortable (church was right outside our window so the bells were easily heard during the day). The best part of the hotel was the staff. Each and everyone went out of their way to ensure a memorable visit. The word ‘no’ did not seem to be in their vocabulary as they went out of their way to satisfy you, remember your name, and smile. We ate in three of their dining areas. Breakfast view was of the lake and a large buffet…everything you would want no matter what kind of breakfast you like. Lunch was in their cafe on the square…good, fresh food, including a great pizza. The highlight, however, was Restaurant Vistera, their fine dining and Michelin Guide recommended. Everything was extra special there, including the staff. Service was attentive, friendly, informative, but not overbearing. The food and multiple amuse bouche were works of art and imagination that also tasted fantastic. I hope to get back to this hotel someday!

Beautiful hotel, staff friendly, accomodating and so attentive. They really made the stay so special. Food was really good - we ate at the Grill twice. And Aziz made the best Daiquiris! Overall a great place in a beautiful location. Would definately stay there again.
It was windy when we stayed, so the shutters kept squeaking and banging against the wall which disrupted sleep. We alerted staff who sorted them out and our final few nights were fine.
The hotel was very nice. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The concierge was so helpful organising our private boat trip around the lake, it was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, I could have sat on the balcony all day and just looked out! We loved the coffee maker, complimentary bottle of prosecco and biscuits. Everything we needed was there. The huge bed was very comfortable, and we could see the view from the bed. The shower was very good. Towels were lovely and soft. Toiletries very nice. The breakfast was lovely, everything you could possibly want. The restaurant was excellent, fantastic food.
There wasn't anywhere to put your own wash bag in the bathroom, a shelf or unit would have been better. Also some more hooks to hang the towels.

The Federica of the Concierge of the hotel is very wonderful staff
I bought the five days of the hotel . On the first day, they gave me a poor room. After discussing it with them, they changed it for me. The service attitude was still quite good.
Staff was amazing. Views from the restaurant unbelievable.
Our room had a view of the street while our friends had water view for the same price. Otherwise amazing

We booked a room with a balcony and lake view, which was beautiful but charged at an incredible premium. There was a balcony with table and chairs, but the bannister for the balcony was so tall you wouldn't be able to see out if you sat there, making the outside space somewhat impractical. The other miss is that the door to the balcony was quite small, and on the same side of the room as the bed so the room didn't get a lot of natural light or benefit much from the view. — felt like a miss. We loved the free standing bathtub and location. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (though felt like pretty standard fare for what was available around the main square).

Le personnel du petit déjeuné. il y avait 2 ou 3 tables de libre pour la vue direct sur le lac, nous n'avons pas eu le droit de s'y mettre. j'ai demandé si on pouvait réserver une place, on m'a répondu NON. Pourquoi n'avons nous pas pu avoir ces places ? Sur les 3 nuits, on a pas pu prendre le petit déjeuné avec vu sur le lac !!!
Sur la télé dans la chambre, qualité des chaines hyper mauvaises, en plus impossible d'utiliser l'entrée HDMI.
Bruit important entendu de la chambre tout les soirs jusqu'à au moins 23h.
