Nota mil, vale muito a pena!
Pros:

A localização é excelente, bem na praça principal. O café da manhã com vista para o lago é o ponto alto.

Cons:

Nada.
Mas como sugestão de melhoria seria disponibilizar máquinas de café que o próprio hóspede pudesse se servir.

la ville est très jolie,il faut aller dans cet hotel en saison haute seulement

la vue,la qualité du buffet petit-déjeuner

en février il n'y a pas d'accès piscine ou autres
pas de parking disponible pour ma voiture alors que c'est indiqué sur la réservation,j'ai du aller au parking payant

Absolutely stunning, phenomenal staff.
Pros:

This property is absolutely stunning, and the staff is phenomenal. I was blown away. I went on the off-season by myself, and they upgraded my room from what was already a great room to a private stone cottage right on the water. I never asked for an upgrade, they just took the initiative because they had it available. The whole staff was extremely kind and accommodating, far beyond what I need or expect. The location is incomparable. I cannot recommend this property enough.

A wonderful Italian 4 day break in Varenna.
Pros:

Wow. Varenna, what a location, with stunning views and steeped in local history. I would recommend this as the best place to stay for a relaxed holiday on lake Como.
The Royal Victoria isn’t the cheapest hotel, but it is well appointed with excellent clean and quiet rooms with breathtaking views by the lakeside. The biggest compliment I can pay here is about the staff. They are so professional, helpful and charming, willing to assist you in any way they can. Can’t wait to book my next visit 😊

Very happy with our choice of hotel. Would stay in Varenna again, at same hotel.
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel. Junior Suite was perfect for us. Great view. Love Varenna and the surrounding villages. Fantastic location. Incredible staff, nothing is too much for them, super friendly, and so keen to help.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, try adding an egg station.

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et nous a proposé un free upgrade, nous avons donc pu bénéficier d'un balcon avec vue directement sur le lac !
La chambre et le lit sont très confortables, la vue est incroyable, la salle de bain fonctionnelle (bonus pour les produits qui sentent bon!) et les petites attentions au top également (bouteille de prosecco et biscuits offerts).
La piscine et la terrasse du restauront sont aussi très agréables, toujours avec vue sur le lac.
