Television channels very limited.
Buffet breakfast was not set up on last day due to few people staying at hotel, breakfast was still very good after ordering off menu.

Pros:

The location was great. The grounds outside and the reception area including the restaraunt was very well maintained.
The porters helped us with our bags very kindly. They also very kindly allowed us a checkout at 12 due to a last minute meeting my daughter attended online.

Cons:

There are very loud noises coming from the outside that could be the kitchen or geyser. it was very disturbing as we didnt have a restful sleep.

The service was excellent and very professional.
Pros:

The place is clean, staff service excellent, they arranged cold breakfast for us on Saturday as we don't eat hot staff on Saturday(Nazareth)

Cons:

The cleaners should lower their voices in the morning when they are cleaning the rooms. They call each other so loud in the passage.
