A centrally located hotel with excellent staff, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast, perfect for exploring the city.
Pros:

Hotel located in the heart of the city. The experience began with an outstanding check-in and check-out process, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff who made everything seamless.
The room I stayed in was both clean and spacious.I particularly enjoyed the breakfast a great start to my day.

The hotel's central location is a significant advantage, as it is close to all the attractions and necessities you could need. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or sightseeing spots, everything is just a short walk away.

Odlična lokacija.
Pros:

Doručak je solidan, možda malo manji izbor hrane nego u drugim hotelima s 5*. Pohvalno što je vikendom doručak do 11.
Sobe uredne i čiste. Ima parking, napeto je sa slobodnim mjestom, ali može se.
Ekipa s recepcije sjajna i ljubazna.

Cons:

Apsolutni kaos liftovima od kojih jedan vozi u garažu, ali samo do nekog kata, a drugim idete van, ali skroz izvan hotela, jedan ne radi, jedan vodi u drugo krilo hotela, iz garaže izlazite pješice, nema šanse da skužiš s kojim liftom ideš gdje. Ali to je čar boravka <3 , Lokacija nadoknađuje sve.

Don’t expect a true 5 stars experience, but a good hotel nonetheless
Pros:

Overall, recommended, but not a 5 star experience. Even when you arrive, the entrance and welcoming is not luxurious at all, but it’s ok.
The parking is very narrow. When you arrive by car, if you face the hotel (coming from the street perpendicular to it), you need to turn left (one way street anyway) and then the first at your right. Rent a small car as the parking is very narrow.

My room was very spacious, I think I got an upgrade because I had booked a smaller suite and since I was travelling solo, I didn’t really need a two floor suite. I mainly wanted a bathtub, and was disappointed to see it was broken (the shower was also broken…). Both worked but not very well. The bed was comfortable though and I had more space than I could ever need, so if you want to use your room to do some workouts for example, you totally can. There was also a kitchenette, in case you need it.

The lift takes forever, so I took the stairs most of the time. Didn’t try the spa.

Breakfast buffet was ok, but not 5 stars worthy. And the room isn’t particularly beautiful, I believe they could make the entrance and the buffet area prettier as the bar for example is much more inviting.

I had dinner there once and had to seat at the bar because they were throwing a party (during the film festival), even though I had booked a table well in advance and no one told me there was an event going on. But they set a table for me and the food was actually quite nice.

The hotel is very central, so you’re near everything you want to see and if you want some exercise, you can run along the river and reach the nearby park where it’s very green and peaceful.

Oh, don’t count on using WiFi here, it never worked for me. I had an eSIM that didn’t really work all that well either, so I was offline most of the time, which may be a good thing?…

Nie mehr! 5 Sterne sind das nie im Leben. Zu teuer für alles, was es bietet.

Betten sind ok. Das Zimmer auch.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist 144 Jahre alt und jetzt sieht es so aus, als ob es gar nichts seit 144 Jahren gemacht wurde. Alles sieht alt und ausgenutzt aus. Es sieht außen wie eine Baustelle aus. Um in die Badewanne einzusteigen, muss man eine Leiter nehmen.

Agréable séjour à Sarajevo
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable, salons magnifiques et très bien situé.
le parking directement accessible de l'hôtel.
Belle vue de la chambre.

Cons:

Kitchnette dans la chambre peu conforme à une hôtel de luxe. Pas de place pour ouvrir les placards avec un canapé et des fauteuils juste devant alors que le chambre est très grande...problème de conception pas forcément dans toutes les chambres

Pros:

Struttura di pregio in pieno centro di Sarajevo. Grazie ad un upgrade, ho potuto soggiornare in una suite di alto livello, corrispondente alle 5 stelle. Posizione molto comoda per le visite

Cons:

La piscina, molto gradita, non è molto fruibile per il nuoto, essendo molto stretta nella parte centrale
