Zentral aber miserables Frühstück
Pros:

Top Lage mit Tiefgarage aus der man ins Hotel fahren kann. Parken leider nochmal extra Aufpreis (20€ die Nacht). Die Zimmer sind riesig und im klassischen Stil eingerichtet.

Cons:

Frühstück leider in miserabelster Qualität, arrogante Kellner die mehr im Weg rumstehen als hilfreich zu sein. Wer den Sozialismus nochmal live zum Frühstück erleben möchte, kommt ins Hotel Europe.

Comfortable bed, great location but still not worth the price
Pros:

Clean, kept in ok condition, nice cafe and breakfast service, large room, comfortable bed

Cons:

Extremely weak internet connection… shower not working properly, toilet awkwardly placed, broken room bar door. Expensive parking.

Also, I forgot/left my car keys at check in counter, looked for it everywhere for 2 hours until finally overnight receptionist found them for me… nobody even told him about lost keys… A lovely man, appreciate his help!

Overall enjoy the stay with the staff in particular being a key highlight

Excellent stay in the hotel, very close to the old town , great breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed as a family on 2 rooms.
The double room was very good and the twin room was slightly smaller for adults.

Cons:

The bathroom in the twin room should have had a shower curtain, water splashed everywhere.
Otherwise no issue .

Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, propre et bien équipée.
Emplacement hyper central, à côté du bazar. Tout peut être visité à pied.
Buffet du petit-déjeuner varié et présentant beaucoup de choix.
Vitrage isolant contre le bruit.

Cons:

Service pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.
A la réception, nous avons reçu de mauvaises informations concernant le tram à prendre pour aller à la gare. Nous avons finalement pris un taxi pour faire ce déplacement. Personnel peu avenant.
Au petit-déjeuner, le seul homme avec un blaser dans la salle s’est montré très agressif quand nous avons voulu prendre notre repas à l’extérieur. Quand nous lui en avons fait la remarque, il a appelé un collègue qui parlait anglais et n’a montré aucune compréhension à notre égard . Il a pointé une affiche sur laquelle il était effectivement indiqué que les repas devait être pris à l’intérieur uniquement. Même si en soit cela était indiqué, cela n’excuse pas le ton utilisé!!! C’est d’ailleurs son collègue qui s’est excusé à sa place!!
Il faut payer un supplément pour utiliser l’espace SPA et le fitness, alors que la chambre coûte un certain prix.
Demi étages accessibles par des marches, ce qui n’est pas indiqué et pas pratique quand nous avons des valises.
Chauffage qui ne peut pas être réglé, donc on était à 25 degrés. Seule solution pour y remédier : ouvrir la fenêtre, ce qui n’est pas écologique!! En plus, la chambre donnait sur la route des bars, donc très bruyant.
