Dava 11 pontos se fosse possível. Os funcionários ajudaram imenso a preparar a festa de anos da minha namorada.

Unfortunately on the first evening my son got poorly. The staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Waiters were exceptional, cooking for my son what my son could eat (son had gone off most of the food), delivering tea and water to our hotel room, checking up on how we are doing. They were exceptional. I would like to say thank you to the waiters Kenan, Samir, Mirsad and all others (apologies I can't remember everyone's names). Since my son had gone off food, one of the waiters suggested to buy him in the kiosk some salty sticks or something very plain to nibble on. I said "Ok. I'll just go back to our hotel room and get money." He said "Don't worry I have my wallet with me." I said "No way, I'll be back in a few minutes." He paid for salty sticks, wouldn't take any money from me and said "I also have kids and I know what a worry it is when they get poorly. " All waiters on that shift were exceptional. Thank you Hotel Europe for looking after us! We will definitely be visiting Hotel Europe again in the future! A special thank you to the waiters!

Hotel an zentraler Lage, das die besten Zeiten hinter sich hat.

Gute Lage sowie Parking

Cons:

Das Hotel bräuchte dringend eine Renovation. Schimmel im Bad und Flecken auf dem Teppich. Die Sanitäranlagen funktionieren nur mangelhaft.

Ten obiekt jest najlepszy!! Czysto, komfortowo w samym centrum. Różnorodne śniadania. Szerokie i wygodne łóżka. Bardzo świeża i czysta pościel. Swobodny dostęp do basenu. Miła i przyjazna obsługa. Po raz kolejny z chęcią nocowaliśmy w tym hotelu.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel, only use their parking to visit the old town.

Overall hotel and room very old and give a doom vibes. No prober tv, very small room, bathroom was not supper clean, if you want to iron your cloth they don’t give you the iron machine they ask you to give them your cloth.

A comfortable and decent hotel with great location.
Pros:

Centrally located in the old town with a decent car park and very near to all the major attractions of the city.

Cons:

Stayed 3 nights but had housekeeping for only 2 nights. We had to fetch our own towels and make our own beds.

The hotel has a very good location, the rooms are very clean, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast was good. It has a car park with additional fee.

The entrance is a little bit complicated but since it is in the city center, it’s fairly ok
