Location was fantastic and the room was very comfortable and clean

Cons:

The shower did not drain well and the bathroom floor became very wet and dangerous. External events seemed to take priority over paying guests.

The property benefits from an excellent location and offers a particularly generous breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall comfort of the stay was significantly affected by several issues.
The room temperature could not be adjusted and remained at an uncomfortable 26°C throughout our stay. Opening the window was not a viable option, as a nearby pub with an outdoor terrace and live music generated excessive noise until approximately 2:00 a.m.
Despite requesting a different room, no alternative accommodation was offered.
Furthermore, we were not informed in advance that a wedding reception would be taking place at the hotel during our stay. The additional noise and disturbances associated with the event further compromised our comfort and ability to rest.
These issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay and fell well below the standards we would reasonably expect from a hotel of this category.

Boravak u hotelu Evropa u Sarajevu bio je zaista divno iskustvo! Hotel odiše elegancijom, istorijskim šarmom i prelepim enterijerom, a njegova lokacija je savršena – u samom srcu Sarajeva, nadomak svih najvažnijih znamenitosti.

Posebnu zahvalnost želim da uputim ljubaznom i profesionalnom osoblju na recepciji, koje mi je dodelilo predivnu sobu i učinilo da se od prvog trenutka osećam dobrodošlo.

Velike pohvale zaslužuju i divne dame zadužene za održavanje soba! Izuzetno ljubazne, pažljive, vredne i profesionalne. Zaista su najbolje i zaslužuju sve pohvale!

Hotel Evropa je mesto u koje bih se sa zadovoljstvom ponovo vratila i koje od srca preporučujem svima koji posećuju Sarajevo.

Dieses Hotel ist in einem völlig veralteten und heruntergekommenen Zustand. Bereits beim Betreten fällt der unangenehme Geruch auf. Die Zimmer sind unhygienisch und offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt. Auf dem Boden fanden wir noch Krümel, Schmutz und Abfallreste von vorherigen Gästen. So etwas ist schlicht inakzeptabel.

Auch das Essen ist von äusserst schlechter Qualität und alles andere als appetitlich. Das Personal wirkt ungeschult, unprofessionell und mit den grundlegenden Anforderungen der Hotellerie überfordert.

Es fehlt an Sauberkeit, Qualität, Service und jeglichem Komfort. Für mich hat diese Unterkunft mit einem richtigen Hotel kaum etwas gemeinsam.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass ich keinen einzigen positiven Aspekt nennen kann. Weder die Zimmer noch die Gastronomie, das Personal oder der allgemeine Zustand verdienen eine positive Bewertung.

Ich kann dieses Hotel unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen. Ein Aufenthalt, den man sich definitiv ersparen sollte.

We enjoy it because of the good atmosfere and perfect location. Stuff made us warm wellcome and nice stay.
Pros:

Extremely good location, friendly stuff and garage.

Cons:

It is not maintained. For example windows are good but not adjusted appropriately so that the noise from the outside is coming to the room.

Servicen var bra, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Superbra läge.

Cons:

Det tog väldigt lång tid att få varmvatten i dusch och handfat. Badkaret i vårt rum läckte, WiFi:et var långsamt och smart-tvn fungerade inte på grund av det. Det var också lyhört ut mot gatan, det var ett bröllop på hotellet under vår vistelse och vi vaknade fram och tillbaka under natten på grund av ljudnivån.
