Pros:

Nettes Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Historisches Haus, schön modernisiert. Sehr nette Menschen. Perfekte Sauberkeit. Jedes Zimmer hat ein anderes Farb-Thema- Detailverliebt. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel: zwei Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof. 10 Fußminuten zum Hafen.

Cons:

Mir hat ein Radio gefehlt und das Bett war für mich viel zu hart. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Aufgrund der geringen Staumöglichkeiten eher für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet.

Отличное расположение. Очень удобно пешком.
Персонал! Наличие холодильника.

Cons:

Холодно в номере. Нет мелочей Савок для обуви, наличие общественного зонта, освещение слабое и не рациональное. Полотенцесушитель не работает.

L'accueil simple et attentionné. La propriétaire a su nous donner toutes les explications de ce qu'il y a faire dans cette ville magnifique et des adresses pour apprécier la gastronomie génoise.
L'emplacement est excellent pour circuler à pied .

Pros:

La chambre est très agreable, cosy. Salle de bain, toilette, tout est très propre. Le lit est un peu petit ( je fais 1m75) pas en largeur mais en longueur...

Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour l'emplacement mais aussi pour le parking. Il n'a pas été clairement dit que nous n'aurions pas de place . Si nous l'avions su nous aurions choisi ailleurs. La gérante, très gentille nous a orienté vers un parking privé sûr. et nous l'en remercions mais cela nous a couté 28 euros de plus.

Hotel con mucho encanto
Pros:

El personal encantador y las instalaciones reformadas, muy nuevas.
Como consejo, cuando se dirige el viajero al hotel, no hacer caso a google si vienes del puerto, yendo mejor hacia arriba, hacia la calle de la izquierda mirando a la basilica de la Anunciación. Nunca la primera a la izquierda, peligrosa por el personal que la transita.

Cons:

La falta de ascensor y la dificultad para entrar en el garaje aunque con la ayuda del personal del hotel se hizo la maniobra fácilmente.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently courteous and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I was particularly impressed by the standard of the cleaning service, which was thorough and reliable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail

Cons:

However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. The addition of a full-length mirror in the room would be a welcome enhancement for guests. Additionally, the pillows provided were quite flat and lacked adequate support, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The road leading to the hotel and parking is very narrow, we managed to get a a C3 down it but it was tight.

Excellent séjour et grande gentillesse et disponibilité de la réception de l'hôtel
Pros:

Pas de petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel mais possible à proximité. Accueil très agréable, de très bonnes informations données pour faciliter le séjour et les déplacements aux 5 terres et Portofino.
