Neighbouring buildings make a lot of noise which is quite frustrating. Door handles was broken and the bathroom sink drain was not working. It was later fix

Pros:

The way we were welcome by the receptionist on the day, she was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean.

For someone who haven’t been in Durban before, the hotel provided a great experience.
Pros:

The property was clean, the rooms were wall clean although the use of an old tv without Netflix or dstv wasn’t pleasant

Cons:

When we arrived the lady at the admin wasn’t nice and she spoke to us in a manner that was not very polite. We were not told that the facility does have an option to buy water or breakfast until when we saw on the lift when we were leaving.
Charging extra 150 per hour if you want to extend the checkout time is not considerate to the people staying out of the province. Our flight was for 5pm and having to check out at 10am was so stressful because it was our first time in Durban.
