Coffee/tea/sugar sachet not available - I have to call each time - the teabags come uncovered. If the housekeeper is away on lunch you have to wait until she is back.

It was okay.
Pros:

It was easily accessible, closer to shopping centres and I was also familiar with the area which adds to everything.

Cons:

They didn’t have spring water in our rooms like other hotels and one of the ladies said we must drink from the bathroom sink or buy our own water.
