Cons:

Everything but first reception. They didnt even asked will i pay for tomorrow or no. And huge mistake from reception was aiso before i will go in hotel i asked them is it payed or no to check because i wouldn't entering the hotel just like that "for sleeping free" and then tomorrow "running away" like a thief... Anyway everything bad. So bad.

Outstanding experience from check-in to check-out! The hospitality of the reception team was truly exceptional. The hotel offers spacious and spotless rooms, excellent amenities, a fantastic breakfast, and a perfect location. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and valued. One of the best hotel experiences in Sarajevo. Highly recommended!
