We konden pas na 15.00 uur incheken. Sommige personeelseden waren ook niet vriendelijk naar toeristen toe.

Also gefallen hat eigentlich alles das einzigste was mir nicht gefallen hat, war dass der Riesenpool als Werbung im äußeren ist. Aber wenn du ihn nutzen möchtest, musst du acht Euro beim anderen Hotel bezahlen das fand ich sehr blöd und es ist auch sehr irreführend. Ich zum Beispiel hab das Hotel nur gebucht wegen diesem großen Foto mit dem Pool draußen und war dann echt enttäuscht, als es nur ein ihnen Pool und das bei fast 40° Außentemperatur gab und dann haben sie auch noch fünf Euro für die Badehaube verlangt das war ein großer minus Punkt

Jedynie lokalizacja bo lubię tą część miasta .

Cons:

Hotel nadaje się do kapitalnego remontu i gruntownego sprzątania oraz wymiany wyposażenia pokoi. Wewnątrz hałas problem z miejscami parkingowymi które są dostępne praktycznie dla wszystkich z zewnątrz i dlatego goście muszą szukać a czasami długo czekać na miejsce. Kiedyś to była fajny hotel ale przez lata został bardzo zaniedbany - niestety

Der Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Beim Check-in muss man den Reisepass an der Rezeption abgeben
Pros:

Das Frühstück war großartig – es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Besonders gut fand ich, dass es mehrere Buffets gab, da sehr viele Gäste da waren und sich dadurch alles gut verteilt hat. Auch der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön, groß und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir die Lage des Hotels. Bis zur Baščaršija ist es relativ weit, mit der Straßenbahn dauert die Fahrt ungefähr 50 Minuten.

Außerdem war es teilweise sehr laut. Einige Gäste waren auch mitten in der Nacht noch sehr laut, und durch die Zimmertür war vieles deutlich zu hören. Insgesamt waren sehr viele Menschen im Hotel unterwegs, wodurch es eher unruhig wirkte.

Wer mehr Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, dem würde ich eher ein kleineres Boutique-Hotel empfehlen.
