Praticidade para chegar em Veneza.
Pros:

Gostamos bastante da localização, muito perto da estação de trem que nos levava a Venezia Santa Lucia.
Quarto bom espaçoso e banheiro quente.
Café da manhã satisfatório.

Cons:

O clima estava quente e o quarto também muito quente. Precisamos abrir a janela para entrar um pouco de ar fresco. Talvez no inverno isso fosse conveniente.

有中国老板非常帮忙，特别是可以免费寄存行李。还帮忙叫出租车去机场35欧！位置就在火车站旁100米左右非常方便！设施旧了一点。当然价格比较便宜！

Pros:

A reggeli választékos és ízletes volt, a buci különösen friss és finom. A szobánk teljesen rendben volt, minden nap kitakarították, szép kilátás nyílt a környező házakra.

Cons:

Volt olyan éjszaka, hogy a klíma nem működött és ezért kicsit meleg volt a szobában.

la posizione è ottima, attaccato alla stazione e con qualche parcheggio seppur a pagamento

Cons:

l'albergo è estremamente essenziale in un zona brutta purtroppo piena di mendicanti, le tre stelle mi sembrano una valore eccessivo per la struttura

La buena disposición de el personal, muy atentos y ejecutivos.
Limpieza y orden en todo el hotel.

Cons:

Si bien la zona es buena por la cercanía con la estación de tren, en la noche no es buen ambiente en los alrededores. No es culpa del hotel, es Mestre que está degradado.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Der Bahnhof ist 100m entfernt und man kann den Parkplatz für das Auto beim Hotel für CHF 15.-/Tag zusätzlich mieten.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung im Hotel ist sehr alt und dementsprechend riecht es im Zimmer so. Die Toiletten inkl. Bad ist ziemlich neu.
Der TV ist sehr klein.

Tutto bene, servizi complessivamente nella norma
Pros:

Hotel molto comodo per muoversi in treno vicinissimo alla stazione di Venezia Mestre. Colazione ottima e diversificata.

Cons:

Il terzo letto in camera, piccolo e un po scomodo per un adulto

En general buena estancia con puntos a mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación. Se encuentra cercano a la estación mestre lo que te permite ir fácilmente a Venecia.

El desayuno era variado.

Era limpio el lugar.

Cons:

El primer día que llegué el personal de recepción no fue muy amable. No obstante con el transcurso de los días tuvo mejor actitud.

El colchon era un poco anticuado y duro.

Superb Location
Pros:

Great location, right beside the Mestre Train Station. Staff were very friendly and was very helpful with our car parking and luggage. Breakfast was ok.
