台風
Pros:

・屋外と屋内にプールがあったこと。
・シーサーの絵付け体験など、ホテル内でできるこ。
・台風でしたが、フロントに電話をしたら車で送迎していただけたところ。

Cons:

台風ですとカートが使えないので、移動に大変苦戦しました。
また、カートもお借りするのに料金が掛かるので、もっと無料バスの巡回や停車場所を増やして欲しいと思いました。
ホテル外での食事に出かけたいこともあるのですが、車で20-30分くらいしたところに飲食店があるので、無料送迎があるととても便利だなと思いました。

The main issue is the price/quality ratio which is really not in line with what you would expect from a 5 star resort in Japan.

The facilities were very run down, it felt as if no maintenance was done for the past 20 years, cf pictures of our room/residence. The cleanliness of the residence common area was really not up to standard, from the dirty elevator to the corridors and staircases.

You need to pay for everything from the mini cart to travel around to the access to lousy game room for kids (avoid "Lupinus" club at all cost, extraordinarily overpriced for what it is). Due to a typhoon alert the beach was closed (no problem about that, safety/regulations first) but yet some marine activities (jetski, parasailing, bouncy castle) were still running so it looked as if the management was trying to force you to use their paying activities.

Beach pool was watched by 2 lifeguards on duty with 2 first aid tent (so perfect safety score from that perspective) but yet some unknown criteria (full judgment call from the lifeguard, no age/height/swimming ability displayed or shared) avoided 12yr old kids to go inside the pool without a parent present. In that case I don't want to be charged for the overhead of the lifeguards on my room price. It seemed that most part of the job from the lifeguards was to trim falling palmtree leaves (true story)

Restaurants diversity was very poor, food average and overpriced (exception made for the pastries at the court terrace that very nice), the wines and nihonshu/sake selection was extremely disappointing. Yet again the staff was lovely and very helpful.

Overall I had a great experience and would visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the different locations with activities and the use id the golf cart to get there.

Cons:

Would have liked to see more cleanliness from other guests. Especially when utilizing common areas like the pool and buffet. The pools.also closed early in my opinion.

Pros:

I liked the rooms, and amenities.
The swing.
Loved the pools when open.

Cons:

The pool times are kind of weak for a resort.
Also, wish the pool drinks and eating were possible at the main pool.
All dinners were so pricey, some better lunch light fare would have been nice.
Spider webs were often seen around the resort Hallways.

What I like The pool the food activity all great

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that you had to pay separately for almost every activity and service. Golf cart, restaurants, pool access, and even floating equipment all required separate payments outside of the hotel reservation.
I really didn’t want to carry my wallet around for the entire trip. It would be much more convenient if the hotel offered a one-day all-inclusive pass. I would happily pay a reasonable price for that convenience. I

Okinawa in luxury! Cozy and sprawling resort.
Pros:

Beautiful resort. Great view of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Beds were comfy. Staff was kind and attentive. Restaurants had good options for dinner. Convenient to have gift shops on site for easy souvenirs. Cute parking lot kitties!

Cons:

Some of the laundry machines were broken. Dinner buffet was OK, breakfast buffet was better. Entrance light didn’t turn off. Making massage reservation was difficult, could have been more convenient.
