Pros:

Camera pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, servizio navetta per la spiaggia, piscina e spa con accesso gratuito. Si può raggiungere a piedi il castello Aragonese anche se al ritorno bisogna fare un po’ di strada in salita. Poco distante anche da Ischia Porto che è raggiungibile in bus in 10 min.

Cons:

La fermata del bus è sulla strada parallela quindi bisogna camminare 5 min per arrivare.. non è comodissimo ma nemmeno problematico. Di fronte all’hotel passa comunque la navetta gratuita che fa il giro del centro cittadino.

Buona colazione, staff alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Bella piscina termale. Non sono andato nella spa.

Cons:

Su tutto l'organizzazione non compatibile con un 4 stelle. Alla reception mi dicono che il ristorante in piscina chiude slle 16, ma alle 14.55 il personale della piscina mi dice che chiude alle 15 e che era tardi. Morale rimango digiuno (un 4 stelle, ammesso il disguido, avrebbe dovuto fornirmi un piatto freddo che di sicuro avevano.
Mi fanno acquistare la cuffia (che in altre piscine non mi fanno usare perché ho pochi capelli), e poi in piscina c'erano intere famiglie senza cuffia.
