soggiorno perfetto, spa incredibilmente fornita di due vasche termali, una piscina, doccia emozionale, sauna, bagno turco e altro ancora!
colazione perfetta, home made, di qualità. servizio in camera eccellente. gentilezza assoluta da parte dello staff tutto, dal centro benessere alla reception.
super soddisfatta. era il mio primo viaggio in solitaria ed è stato tutto impeccabile in quest’hotel. consiglio assolutamente!

Cons:

forse la posizione della camera avrei apprezzato di più una vista sulla piscina piuttosto che sull’ingresso dell’hotel

Suggerisco una navetta anche con un piccolo pagamento ma che ti porti in varie zone di Ischia visto le strade strette e

Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception pronte subito a darti supporto ad ogni problema e risoluzione immediata
La posizione per visitare il castello aragonese e per una passeggiata al centro storico Rocca di buoni ristoranti è una buona gelateria

Non mi è piaciuta visto la mia attenzione alla pulizia quella del bagno dove sin dal inizio ho chiesto una pulizia più approfondita al water già sporco sicuramente dagli ospiti precedenti e della doccia dove ho trovato capelli
In più le lenzuola stropicciate
Spero siano state cambiate prima di noi
E non mi è piaciuto neanche il fatto che ogni gg che siamo stati dovevamo cambiare tavolo per la colazione nonostante c eravamo già 4 gg e quando l ho fatto notare al responsabile mi è stato risposto
Ieri eravate là oggi starete di qua uno vale l altro
Ma semplicemente perché lo aveva riservato a persone considerandole di più facendogli portare il caffè al tavolo invece a me è stato risposto
La macchinetta è lì… la persona non era né disabile né non autosufficiente
Sono piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza perché tt dovremmo essere ospiti uguali

A lovely hotel in walking distance from the port, beach and castle.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice to be had to suit everyone. As always in Italy (a nation of coffee drinkers!) they don't always have tea on hand. You have to request this when you arrive at the restaurant. However, the staff are very helpful and will bring you some teabags on request.

My bedroom was facing towards the castle and the bay which gave me a lovely view from my balcony. I enjoyed sitting out there. On my second night there was a firework display and that was lovely to watch from my balcony. The room was a good size with a double bed and a large bathroom. The shower unit, for such a large bathroom, was small and a bit tight but otherwise it worked fine.

The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the port, mainly flat with a bit of an incline. It is easy to walk to and from the hotel and the area felt very safe. The beach is near the port and the town centre and the castle is also a 15 minute walk away from the hotel. These seem to be the best areas to eat with good restaurants.

Cons:

I ventured to the restaurant for dinner on the first night and it seemed chaotic. It looked like it was buffet style and it was a complete free for all. The restaurant opens for dinner at 8pm so everyone who wants to eat at the hotel are waiting to rush to eat. I went to the bar area instead and ate there. The bar area advertised that they did pizza during the day but not in the evening. It would have been great if they extended their menu to pizza in the evening too for those who do not wish to eat in the restaurant but would like to stay at the hotel for food.

Séjourvdabs un hôtel offrant un rapport prix/ prestations très bon

Le spa en accès libre ete ses deux noiscines thermles est très afréable. Je suis améteur de véhiculesaciens, et la collection de >Vespa, aisni,que l"Ape Calesssino et la magnifique Lncia qui ornent l'hôtel sont magnifiques.

La qualiré du wi-fi, la taille de certains bak=lcons-terrasses
