Não conseguimos nos hospedar. Somente no dia da hospedagem, 3 horas antes do chekin, recebemos uma ligação informando que teve um problema no elevador do hotel e por isso, eles n iriam conseguir nos hospedar. Tivemos muito transtorno para encontrar outra acomodação. Não entraram em contato depois disso. Infelizmente, fiquei no maior prejuízo.

Mesmo em meio a dificuldade, a equipe se desdobrou pra amenizar o problema

O elevador não estava funcionando e tivemos que ficar em outro hotel, no Marabá, mas em um quarto horrível e apertado, pois não havia disponibilidade de vaga.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, fácil locomoção. Ficamos 5 dias e não tivemos nenhum problema com os elevadores, como várias pessoas afirmam nas avaliações (eu estava com medo disso). O hotel é antigo mas charmosinho. Só o Wi-Fi que não funcionou no nosso quarto (708). Meu marido queria ver os jogos da copa na TV e não conseguiu por causa da internet. Mas tirando isso, foi tudo ok, o café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são ótimos.
