Purtroppo il letto presentava il materasso, dalla parte sinistra una protuberanza, mi sono spostato sulla parte destra e non arrivando il lenzuolo ho scoperto il letto per riposizionarlo e con mia sgradita sorpresa il materasso era pieno di capelli e peli, come se ci avessero dormito sopra senza lenzuolo

Ben ubicat, però sorollos. Impossible descansar si estàs a la primera planta.

Està ubicat a sobre d’un local d’stripease i sembla que tinguis la festa a l’habitació. Impossible descansar, molt sorollós. El personal de l’hotel no es fa responsable. Vam demanar un canvi d’habitació la nit següent i al segon pis molt millor.

Beautiful heritage building, bad noise in some rooms
Pros:

Gorgeous heritage interior, stone and tile floors, stuccoed ceiling, beautiful room.
I gather from the reviews that this hotel is something of a hit or miss. I was in a room in the section on the second floor, which is one floor up from a restaurant, thus, I was lucky, cf. below. I was very happy with my stay there.

Cons:

Potential guests should be advised that a different section of the hotel, on the first floor, lies right above yetyes club, a "discoclub" advertising "lap dance - table dance - spettacoli". Hence the many noise complaints, presumably.
Otherwise there are some minor inconveniences, also in the section untroubled by the club. Beds are fairly old, can feel the springs. Cleanliness less than impeccable. Facilities not perfectly kept.

Posizione molto centrale. Edificio d'epoca.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza migliorabile. La stanza era al secondo piano senza ascensore. Nonostante la posizione centrale, una via nei dintorni dell'hotel di notte non è ben frequentata: consiglierei nel messaggio di benvenuto di sconsigliare di passare da lì.

Exceptional location, sacrificial comfort
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Aircon leaked and then didn’t work (room was roughly 26/27 degrees Celsius, room smelled like mould. The room was filthy too. We asked to change rooms and we got moved to a room with the most uncomfortable bed ever. Springs left marks in skin the next morning and was not comfortable.
