THE WORST STAY EXPERIENCE. the aircond is not cold, and the room is dusty. the blanket is not wrapped well. tidak berjahit! and also WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! we went to the counter to ask for mineral water because that day we did not ask for make up room but the guy said cannot , have to ask again tomorrow like WHAT THE HELL?? i kept asking but he still insisting not giving us the bottle water. its just a water bro. we stayed for 3 days and yet it was a waste of money!! think 10 times before coming here la.

The rooms are dirty, hair on the blanket, AC is not possible to close or adapt temperature, breakfast is a joke for such a big hotel, no internet in the room, noisy depending the room. Security staff screeming at me that I have to leave the room, even I had permission from reception staff to extend until 2pm. Staff not answering emails and whatsapp. Stay away from this awful hotel, you could easily find a nice and cheap room in a small guesthouse for better condition.

Overall we didn't like the place. What shown in pucture is 360 degree oposite. We will never ever stay thwre again.

I like bcoz comfotable

Easy to access public transport. AC not that good. Unable to control. Breakfast buffet is not within standard.

The toilet cannot flushing. Seems damage is so long already but the hotel didn't fix it.

toilet after flush one time, it takes more than 10 minutes to refill the water flush again. found hairs on the bed, requested to switch other room they always said NO.

not found my book even i already book this hotel with 10 room using difrent app...take time 40 minit to find my book..
then the staff said i must wait for check in becouse not arrange yet to check in. when i ask how manay long , she said not conform yet.. finally i wait until 5.00 o clock to check in my room.. do you think deserve pay with high price and i get this service??

Bilik ok, tapi aircond medium dan tidak boleh dikawal. Tidak mesra oku, agak sukar untuk oku bergerak dari tempat parking kereta

FOR STARTERS LET ME SUGGEST THAT THE HOTEL CONSIDER RENAMING THE PROPERTY TO GRAND-MA HOTEL INSTEAD OF GRAND PACIFIC.
WE CAME IN AT ABOUT 7PM. CARPARK WAS BADLY LIT AND ROOFS WERE LEAKING, CHECK IN WAS OK. THE ROOM WAS JUST A TOTAL MESS. IT WAS AS IF I ENTERED A ROOM FROM THE 1980'S BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY. IT WAS A HORRIBLE!!
THEY DID NOT HAVE COMFORTERS, JUST NORMAL LINEN AS BLANKETS AND IT WAS SUPER COLD IN THE NIGHT. THE CARPET WAS DUSTY, IT HAD COBWEBS. I WOKE UP WITH MY SINUS INFECTED NEXT MORNING BECAUSE OF THE DUST. THE PILLOWS WERE PAPER THIN. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, THERE WAS MOLD ON THE SINK, THE TOILET BOWL HAD STAINS AND MOLDS, THE TOILET SEAT WAS DIRTY.

Not clean. Wifi only available in the lobby but not in the room. The washbasin was clogged. Staff not so cooperative.

It's a peaceful hotel which is well connected to most places in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a centralized AC facility and there's no provision for you to control the room temperature. The rooms were clean. The front desk people are too lazy to act. The hotel has a beautiful and neatly-maintained restaurant (Pacifica cafe) but nothing (except tea and coffee) is available there. On the whole, my stay there was sort of okay.

The location very good.
They provide only body soap, no shampoo/conditioner, no tooth brush.
Only cold water come out from the shower.

Semua ok.maybe akan datang menginap lagi.

Silent area around the hotel.

Breakfast is good. Staff didn't allow to fill water bottle and security guard was too much rude. Toilet seat was broken and very uncomfortable to use. Even there is not enough toilet roll in toilet. Shower head also broken and not able to use it. They didn't change even dust bin during our stay. They didn't come to do room service like changing linen and bed sheet. In other hand, one of the security gurad and receptionist helped us well.

Just a short walk from Sunway Putra Mall and also close to RapidKL PWTC station. Also there are a number of restaurants and shopping areas in the surrounding areas with a short walk from the hotel. Hotel is a bit run down and need renovation.

Centralised Air-Con unable to lower or adjust highier,Receptionist Malay Girl on night shift unfriendly,requested for extra pillow & Blanket she replied "Dah Habis".Shower in Bathroom not in proper condition water from shower spray very bad.Tv channel limited,lights in the room very dim not bright at all,
