Met all our needs
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, great location ( easy access to Brisbane River ferry and airport) comfortable room with view over the gardens. Parking available.

Cons:

A toaster in the room would be a welcome addition

Absolutely would return. Always friendly staff. Clean and tidy and central to walking to shops or Cafes, Hotels.

Having to lug my suitcase down few stairs to get to the lift. They need a ramp to make things easier.
