Cons:

Smaller vehicles should be made to use the undercover carpark (for vehicles under 1.9m), leaving the outside carpark, which isn't large, for vehicles over 1.9m. When we arrived, every carpark outside was taken by cars under 1.9m so makes it difficult for us to park onsite.

Cons:

I was initially disappointed with the room I received, as it fell short of my expectations. On the second day, I encountered some roaches, which was quite unsettling. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact anyone for assistance that night due to the absence of staff. However, the following day, the lovely receptionist sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and promptly moved me to another room on the second floor. This new room was much better and significantly improved my stay. Thank you to the receptionist for her understanding and help!

Great accomadation
Pros:

The room was spacious comfortable and very clean. Great proximity to Airport. Good price and had a mini mart servo 1 minute walk away. Receptionist was very helpful and assisted us to the lift with our luggage. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
