Pros:

Location and access to room service

Cons:

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, as well as pillows. Shower was terrible. Smart tvs only connect through chromecast and the internet is so slow it won’t load the chrome cast to play movies.

Pros:

I came down with my dad and stayed the night prior to taking him to the airport. We were both very impressed with the stay. Enjoyed a great dinner at the restaurant and was able to have some extra fun in there gaming space.

Disappointing, loud traffic noise, overpriced.

Clean, spacious room. Responsive air conditioner with access to a restaurant.

Cons:

Traffic noise was awful, room right on highway and not accessible undercover from reception. No mini bar and only very small 200ml complimentary water. Restaurant noisy with function room right alongside, sharing loud music. Basically in the middle of nowhere 35 minute walk along highway to Watergardens and nothing in between. Wifi slow and couldn’t download pictures etc. Very basic.

Never again - traffic noise horrendous!!!
Pros:

I have travelled to 18 countries and stayed in several dozen hotels across the globe but never ever have I experienced such horrendous traffic noise as inside the room of this hotel! Laying awake at 2:00am in the morning listening to trucks and cars and motorbikes zooming along the highway is not my idea of a supposed five star rated hotel experience! The room itself was nice, clean and reasonably spacious but the noise spoilt the whole experience! The location was not ideal being a 35 minute walk along the highway to the nearest large shopping complex, movie theatre etc. The rate was $224 for a twin room, so for a suburb, not exactly cheap. The restaurant was also noisy with loud music blaring from a function room next door so although the food was very nice, the noise once again took away from any atmosphere of peace and quiet one might like to enjoy a meal. There is no way I’ll ever stay here again!

Can't say dont like just one thing they took sequirty deposit extra $200 which will return within week.later. and second rooms on main road side make traffic noise all night. But service cleaning all facilities 👌
