My only disappointment was that the reception were unable to give me a credit for the last day checkout breakfast, which was not provided, as it was a public holiday on that day, in Melbourne on 9th March, 2026. So a credit of $60 was promised at the time of check in by the receptionist staff. However, a day before the checkout, some other receptionist staff member could not offer that credit advising, we need to get this credit from Booking.com. Hope I can get my credit back of $60 for 3 ppl breakfast cost, which was already paid at time of booking this stay. Thanks

Pros:

Clean and tidy property. We were able to make an evening meal for ourselves as the shops were so close. Comfy beds and pillows. Good toiletries

nice rooms. friendly service. tv didn’t work though which was slightly annoying but didn’t bother us as i took portable speaker but would have been nice remote wasn’t registering on the tv even had battery change

Amazing
Pros:

Just like to say a big thank you to the team at the Taylor’s lakes hotel the stay was fantastic when we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely girl on front desk who gave us all the info we needed the room was spotless towels were fluffy and we probably had our best sleep in years
Had the buffet breakfast in the morning which was very good the Italian lady Angela made one of the best coffees I’ve had
Will definitely be back
