Clean and tidy.
Pros:

Staff we're friendly. Location was close to my family. Room was clean and tidy. Have stayed here several times and never disappointed.

Excellent facilities overall
Pros:

It’s in a pretty good position and there is an uncomplicated check in series. Once you are checked in, you have complete privacy and there are no limitations getting in and out of the car park to access the hotel outside of normal business hours once you have checked in and got your key. I also like it because the accommodation building is separate to the hotel building and it is safe and private and quiet. There are many restaurants close by from many different cuisines around the world and it is only half hour from the city.

Cons:

We got a king room with a spa but the water leaked everywhere out of the shower so we were too scared to fire the spa up
