Quand on rentre à l'hôtel après une journée de vadrouille on est heureux de pouvoir s'asseoir dans le jardin et consommer les bons plats du resto.

Cons:

Malgré que la salle de bain est clean les traces brunes de calcaire dans la cuvette de WC donnent une IMPRESSION de mal-propre et c'est dommage.
La réclamation (2 jours consécutifs) que la TV ne fonctionne pas (Kein Signal) n'a pas vraiment été prise au sérieux.... Pas d'explication du pourquoi et non plus d'excuses...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant war gut.

Cons:

Leider keine Minibar im Zimmer um etwas kühles zu trinken, wünschenswert bei 32 °C.
Das Bett war zu weich für mein Geschmack und das Frühstücksangebot mager.

Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The host was not responding my messages before check in, neither via booking.com nor via sms as i wanted to drop my luggage and travel, but as host did not respond, i had to readjust my plans. There is not light in the bathroom, when i asked i was told it is not part of design of hotel. hotel is close to park for kids so very noisy. Hotel is 10 min bus ride from train station. I also asked if i can wash my clothing, i was told yes, without telling i need to pay 10 CHF, later i was informed i need to pay for this service which was surprise. Tea and coffee facility is at ground floor, so you have to go down for this each time. Additionally, if you want to visit Interlaken, Brienz while staying this hotel, note that Thun is far away and it is better to book hotel in other towns as train ticket is expensive. Definitely not worth its value.

Pros:

Un emplacement parfait pour écouter un concert au kkthun, pour faire du vélo.

Cons:

Des lits trop mous, des serviettes de bain très râpeuse et qui n'essuie pas.
Un problème de barrière de langue.
Pour terminer les nettoyeuses qui sont entrées dans la chambre avant 8h.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Alpha
Pros:

l'hôtel est bien situé avec un arrêt de bus juste en face pour rejoindre le centre de Thoune et vous pouvez demander la panorama card à l'hôtel pour bénéficier de la gratuité des bus à Thoune.
la taille de la chambre et le fait d'avoir deux fauteuils et une table basse (un petit frigo dans la chambre aurait été un plus au regard de la chaleur que nous avons eue)
la literie
le personnel très accueillant et souriant
un bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

malheureusement, lors de notre séjour, il y avait une fête foraine juste en face de l'immeuble.
