Preiswertes Hotel in Thun, gute Lage, einfache/ältere Ausstattung.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage.
Preisleistung gut.
Günstigstes Hotel an dieser Lage.

Cons:

Strasse/Verkehr recht laut.
Fenster liess sich nicht weit öffnen.
Dachzimmer mit zwei Metall-Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben (Spalt), plus ein Zusatzbett.
1 Queensizebed wäre schöner.

Cons:

L’accueil était fermée lors de notre arrivée et malgré notre appel nous n’avons jamais pu récupérer nos clés.
Contacté par la suite, cet établissement persiste dans sa mauvaise foi et insiste sur le fait qu’il revient au client de prendre ses dispositions. À noter que des boîtes à clés sont présentes à l’extérieur du bâtiment mais l’accueil ne juge pas bon de prévenir les clients en leur envoyant un message le soir avant de fermer pour indiquer le code au client pour récupérer ses clés (comme le fait n’importe quel autre logement)
Nous avons donc perdu une nuit sur notre séjour et le prix de la réservation (que l’hôtel refuse bien sûr de rembourser alors même que la chambre n’a pas pu être utilisée, du vol)

Er zijn honden toegestaan

Cons:

In het algemeen was de prijs kwaliteit verhouding slecht. De kamer was oud en niet goed onderhouden. Ontbijt was het ook net niet, karig.

Good location for exploring Thun
Pros:

The location is great. Close to the lake and within walking distance to the center of Thun.

Cons:

The beds are not very comfortable, they are extremely soft and make a lot of sound.

Ich würde dieses Hotel trotz der erwähnten Mängel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber. Die Betten eher sehr weich. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da die Busstation gleich vor der Türe ist.

Cons:

Das Früstücksbuffet ist eher minimal und lieblos. Die presents des Frühstückspersonal lässt bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr zu wünschen, ebenso die freundlichkeit.

Es war okay. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger.
Pros:

Lage nahe am See.

Cons:

Begrüssung nicht wirklich freundlich und wenig aufmerksam.
Frühstück-Buffet ziemlich „ausgeschossen“, Brot nicht frisch, Käsequalität für ein Schweizer Hotel peinlich.

Pros:

sehr bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok

Cons:

Reception war schlecht besetzt. Bei der Anreise war niemand da und man musste suchen bis jemand kam. Das gleiche bei der Abreise. Wir waren drei Parten die Auschecken wollten und niemand vor Ort. Das sollte verbessert werden

Pros:

Das Bett war äusserst bequem! sehr weich und kuschelig. Wir konnten bereits um 11.30 Uhr einchecken und bekamen einen schlüssel. Frückstück war lecker!

Cons:

Wir haben nur einen Schlüssel erhalten. Bei der Reseption war niemand beim auschecken. Es gab einen Duschvorhang und keinen Kühlschrank.
