Pros:

L'accueil du personnel était très bien. La chambre très agréable aussi. Nous avons adoré les lits (Matelas très confortables) et pleins de petites attentions (gâteaux, bouteilles d'eau, miniatures pour la douche).
Le balcon était très grand. L'hôtel est très calme et très bien situé. Ils acceptent les chiens sans supplément, ce qui est réellement un plus.

Cons:

Le parking est payant mais toujours moins cher que sur les autres hôtels que nous avons fait en Suisse. Et petit détail, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la télé car il n'y avait pas de télécommande.

Bis auf die gute Lage zur Seebühne nicht empfehlenswert.

Unfreundlicher Empfang
Keine sauberen Kaffeetassen beim Empfang.
Zopfbrot am Sonntag war steinhart.
Am Montag gab es zum Frühstück bis auf den Schinken die Reste vom Sonntag auf nicht sauberen Tablets

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unerirdisch. Es wurde kaum mehr aufgefüllt. Kein Käse und Fleisch mehr. Wer um 9.30 Uhr kam hatte kein Brot mehr. Eierkocher funktionierte nicht. Teller bekam man nur nach Aufforderung.

Deux nuits à Thoune avec ma douce
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté, que les chiens soient les bienvenus,le rapport qualité prix, le parking de l’autre côté de la route pour 4.- / 24 heures

Le problème de l’eau chaude: Quand les clients utilisent beaucoup d’eau, genre le matin pour la douche, il n’y en a pas assez pour tous…ce fut le cas pour nous les deux matins, c’est dommage car il me semble que cela a déjà été relevé…je l’ai signalé,

Non c'era nessuno per il check in e siamo stati al freddo senza neanche il codice per entrare finché non è uscito un cliente.Nessun risponde alle email e al telefono.Il ristorante alla sera era chiuso e mentre dicevano che era aperto.Tutto chiuso sotto Natale è assurdo
