Pros:

L'emplacement: l'hôtel est juste en face de la plage

Cons:

L'hôtel est très vieux. En rentrant dans la chambre nous avons tout de suite senti cet odorat d'un vieux immeuble. La fenêtre de la salle de bain était cassée, les fenêtres de la chambre étaient sur la rue assez bruyante.

Hôtel proche du lac avec arrêt de bus juste devant pour ce rendre en ville.
Immense parking devant l’établissement à un prix dérisoire!
Cela vous fera bizarre de payé 9.- chf pour deux jours !!!

Betten wirken billig, waren unbequem. Frühstück: Bedienung freundlich, Kaffe gut, Rest erbärmlich. Nicht gut, nicht frisch.
Umgebung sehr laut und unordentlich. Haus wirkt ungepflegt.

Pros:

I liked the free breakfast offered, it was complete and well-served. The location is very good, you can walk from the station and is close from the lake. The rooms are normal, but well-serviced and confortable.

The location of the property was good

Cons:

One of the staffs who was incharge on 7th and 8th morning was terrible. She was very rude to us but she was speaking fine to other guests. This happened multiple times during our breakfast on 7th and 8th April.
Felt racism from her towards us.
We had a discussion about the tourist tax which I agreed to pay. When I was waiting the reception, she just went in without saying anything. Then I asked if I can continue loading the luggage in the car and come back, she was like “No no” as if we were about to escape without paying the fee. My wife and daughter (3 months old) were still sitting at the reception and I was only loading the luggage. This happened in front of other guests.
This felt so bad for us and we’re very much upset about it. Just because we are Indians we don’t deserved to be treated like that. We didn’t do anything wrong during our stay and it really bothers us even now when we think about it.

Pros:

The breakfast came included with the room, it was a very welcome extra plus. Staff was helpful and we got the Thun guest card for public transportation and some sightseeing places very easily. The bus stop was immediately next to the hotel. The mountain view in Thun was gorgeous. The stay was definitely worth the price.
