Unique experience staying at The Selman
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Loved having breakfast in the gardens with the horses! The grounds are gorgeous!

La colazione è un disastro: moltissimi camerieri che girano a vuoto e, per ottenere qualcosa, bisogna chiederla 4 o 5 volte perché si dimenticano.
In piscina la situazione è simile: uno, al massimo due addetti, che comunque spesso dimenticano le richieste.

La spa è clamorosa, davvero bellissima, peccato però che non ci siano abbastanza terapiste. Sono stato comunque fortunato a fare due massaggi di ottimo livello.

La struttura si trova a circa 25 minuti dalla Medina e non mi era mai capitato che un hotel di questo livello non avesse una navetta. Le opzioni erano:
• taxi convenzionato: €10 a tratta di giorno, €15 la sera
• auto dell’hotel: €45 a tratta

Pagando circa €2.000 a notte, ritengo che una navetta a orari fissi dovrebbe essere un servizio garantito.

Inutile perdersi in altri dettagli: sono aspetti che in un hotel 5 stelle L non dovrebbero essere tollerati.

Peccato, perché la struttura è veramente molto bella, così come la camera (io ho scelto quella da 128 mq). Bellissimi anche i cavalli.

Sono comunque stato bene, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è giustificato e purtroppo non tornerò in questa struttura

Un cocon de serenité a une vingtaine de minutes de Marrakech.
Pros:

Tout! L’aménagement, le service, le petit déjeuner. Les attentions pour les enfants en chambre et des tours en poney gratuits!

Cons:

Les plages horaire du sauna se remplissent vite. Il faut réservé à l’avance ou last minute.

Het is een prachtige accomodatie, alles ziet er geweldig uit en het is er stil, de vogeltjes fluiten er. Veel rust.
Mooi oog voor detail en goede smaak voor inrichting.
Het zwembad is geweldig.

Pure klasse
Pros:

Onze ervaring bij Selman Marrakech was gewoon fantastisch. Alles klopt hier: de service, de kwaliteit, de sfeer, de kleinste details. Je voelt dat dit hotel tot in de puntjes verzorgd wordt.
Zelfs toen mijn mama ongelukkig ten val kwam, was er onmiddellijk een verpleegster ter plaatse — professioneel, vriendelijk en geruststellend.
Zelden zo’n harmonie gezien tussen luxe en warmte. Echt een plek waar het verhaal klopt van begin tot einde. Absolute topkwaliteit. 💫

A éviter avec des enfants en bas âge, pas digne d'un palace

Le brunch du dimanche ainsi que la piscine spectaculaire valent le détour - Le calme et le raffinement de l'hôtel sont aussi un atout important

Cons:

J'ai eu de nombreuses déconvenues difficilement explicable pour un palace. En arrivant je souhaite baigner ma fille mais pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre, réparer en 30-45mn. Ensuite nous souhaitons diner, 2 restaurants d'ouvert, le premier ne prend pas de mineur en dessous de 12 ans, on va au deuxième avec ma femme et ma fille de 3,5 ans, et pas de menu enfant et un seul menu imposé... on décide finalement de prendre un room service dans la chambre, ils oublient 2 des 3 accompagnements... Le lendemain au kids club on nous explique qu'en dessous de 4 ans il faut laisser une nany avec l'enfant... ils ont tout de même accepté notre fille mais on a eu l'impression d'être des parents indignes. Enfin, le lendemain, salle de petit déjeuner vide, on demande une table de 4 devant la cheminée on nous repond que nous sommes 3 donc table à côté de la fenêtre, j'ai eu froid tout le petit déjeuner... Au final, j'ai expliqué ces désagréments indignes d'un palace et j'ai obtenu le remboursement d'un petit déjeuner soit 2% du montant de la note...

Aussergewöhnlich

Eine unglaubliche unvergessliche Erfahrung. Unser gesamter Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Das ganze Anwesen, die Mitarbeiter die über sich hinaus gegangen sind was es heisst einem Gast alles zu erfüllen und darüber hinaus. Alle Mitarbeiter sind so fleissig freundlich und liebenswert sie wollen wirklich das man sich wohl fühlt. Ich bedanke mich für eine unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft und den 5 Sterne Service. Die Pferde sind wunderschön und der SPA Bereich eine Oase der Erholung. Herzlichen Dank an das Selman Team für meine Geburstagstorte 🩷
