뷰 좋고요 깨끗 룸컨디션 고즈넉하니 빈티지 좋아요 친절하시고요 만족해요 급하게 잡앗는데 굳 엘베있음 ! 사우나 시설 지하에 있는데 못가봐서 아쉬웠음

Für Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet.
Pros:

Lage ist gut, das Zimmer war gross aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Cons:

Die Dusche war defekt, hat das Reinigungspersonal wohl nicht bemerkt. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten obwohl genügend Platz vorhanden wäre

Pros:

Centrally located, surprisingly nice wellness, breakfast basic but good. Hotel is old, but offered me everything I needed on my skiing holiday

Cons:

Mattress could be better, eventually replaced, pillow could be firmer, but at least there was second one available.

Classic Hotel, good wellness, ok price value
Pros:

Large room, a bit dated, okay breakfast, cheapest room we could find in Zermatt, ok price value, newly renovated spa area, central Zermatt location

Cons:

Outdoor area for wellness would be appreciated after sauna, dated ski room, the thermostat for the heater in out room was broken
