Pros:

Great location and very clean property . Service was fantastic. The room was large , airy and clean. They helped booked taxi as well. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was great too. View from the balcony was excellent .

Excellente localisation! En plein coeur de Zermatt, charmant hotel plein de charisme.

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avions demandé une chambre spécifique et on nous l'a réservée sans problème, nous étions ravis! L'équipe vient toujours faire un joli ménage chaque jours, c'est super! Merci

Clean, comfort, and historic charm
Pros:

Historic charm, extremely clean and the daily cleaning service was thorough. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of options. The ski storage was very useful. The location is fantastic. The staff were helpful and kind.
