Very covenient , staff was very helpful
Pros:

Very close to the train station and stores . Walkable , we explore Zermatt on foot . We did the glacier paradise and Gornergrat . We had a nice view from our 6th floor room.

Great staff, the most gorgeous and friendly hotel dog, superb location, really close to the station and gornergrat railway. the restaurant was lovely - the even had a free afternoon tea and cake would defo recommend staying here

Bon établissement, mais les règles de base de bienséance devraient être rappelées au personnel !
Pros:

L'emplacement et la chambre petite, mais agréable et propre.

Cons:

Le bruit, surtout le personnel en salle qui est très bruyant. Ils ne saluent pas tous les clients arrivant en salle, n'arrêtent pas de rire et de parler fort entre eux, de leur vie personnelle. Ce n'est pas admissible et vraiment pas respectueux envers les clients et donne une très mauvaise image de l'hôtel !
