Great base for Zermatt
Pros:

Great location - Close to the train station, shops and restaurants nearby yet in a quiet place of town. Views from the balcony facing the mountains was an added plus. Sparkling water can be refilled at a station next to the lobby.

Cons:

Pillows were too flat.

Recomendo!
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável e amplo. O banheiro é sensacional; é ducha, não banheira, e as toalhas são de ótima qualidade. Café da manhã é bom. O hotel fica ao lado da estação de trem e da saída ao Gornergrat.

- Le personnel n’était pas accueillant à la réception. En plus la personne au bar n’arrêtait pas de crier et parler fort.
- J’ai réservé une chambre vue montagne et j’ai eu une chambre vue maisons!! Arnaque sur le prix et la description (photo jointe)
