Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The train ride from Täsch to Zermatt takes 15 minutes. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Please inform the hotel at least 10 minutes before your arrival in Zermatt if you want to make use of the free transfer service.

Please note that all the hotel's restaurants and bars are only open during the winter season. Limited opening times apply in other seasons.This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

Amazing live music at pink lounge and cave type night club in surely unique
Pros:

Right on the Main Street and 5 min walk from Zermatt train station & Matterhorn view point. Free shuttle to and from the station!

Cons:

Rooms are very compact.

Impossible to sleep because of loud music from the hotel’s nightclubs.
Pros:

On the positive side, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to get proper sleep during our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself operates 2–3 nightclubs on the premises, with very loud music playing until around 3–4 a.m., making it nearly impossible to sleep.

For this reason, we would not choose this hotel again, as for us a hotel should primarily offer a good night’s sleep—unless you’re specifically looking for a party-focused stay.

Great atmosphere, location and accommodations
Pros:

Excellent location on the main street of Zermatt. Very charming appeal. Multiple restaurants available on the property as well as bars.

Konumu harikaydı, kahvaltısı çok güzel, çalışanlar çok ilgili. Oda çok temiz ve güzel. Harika matterhorn manzarası vardı. Odada şi şömineye bayıldım.
