Mała Anglia - pobyt mógłby byc milszy, zabrakło naturalnej sympatii. Szkoda.
Pros:

Obiekt odwiedziliśmy ponownie po 10 latach. Wrażenie jest słabsze niż poprzednio – głównie z uwagi na sposób funkcjonowania recepcji.

Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Basen bardzo przyjemny, sauna w porządku (choć jedna sauna mokra nie działała). Bardzo dobry masaż twarzy wykonany przez p. Weronikę – zdecydowanie polecam. Śniadania w wersji wege bardzo dobre, obsługa restauracji miła i sympatyczna. Na plus również przygotowanie dla psa: posłanie, miski i przysmaki – to miły gest i sygnał, że obiekt akceptuje małe zwierzęta.

Lokalizacja Małej Anglii jest bardzo dobra – blisko wejść na plażę. W okolicy znajduje się znakomita restauracja Fisherman oraz świetna piekarnia Fenomen Deli.

Cons:

Check-in przebiegł sprawnie, choć zostaliśmy zapytani, dlaczego nie zgłosiliśmy psa – mimo że w Booking widnieje informacja o akceptacji psów za opłatą i brak jest opcji wcześniejszego oznaczenia przyjazdu ze zwierzęciem.

Łóżka (materace) niestety bardzo twarde i mało komfortowe. Obiekt nie posiada windy, co przy trzecim piętrze może stanowić duże utrudnienie dla osób starszych. Parking w cenie 80 zł za dobę jest wysoki – szczególnie że w sąsiedniej willi Sentoza parking jest bezpłatny.

Zdecydowany minus za zachowanie jednej pani z recepcji. Pierwszego dnia, w trakcie śniadania, recepcjonistka próbowała się ze mną skontaktować telefonicznie, a następnie przez obsługę restauracji przekazała informację, że nasz pies „ujada”. Było to określenie nieadekwatne – pies zareagował jedynie kilkoma krótkimi, choć głośnymi szczeknięciami na hałas pod oknem (usuwanie lodu) oraz wcześniejszą próbę pomyłkowego wejścia do pokoju przez obcą osobę.

Mimo natychmiastowej reakcji z naszej strony recepcjonistka była natarczywa i podtrzymywała zarzut, dodatkowo zapowiadając nagrywanie. Tego rodzaju komunikaty – zwłaszcza w kontekście ewentualnego nagrywania w pobliżu drzwi wynajętego pokoju – budzą poważne wątpliwości co do poszanowania prywatności i są nieproporcjonalne do sytuacji.

Warto również wskazać, że ze względu na słabe wygłuszenie ścian w pokoju przez dłuższy czas słyszalny był płacz dzieci oraz rozmowy innych gości. Komfort akustyczny w obiekcie pozostawia więc przestrzeń do poprawy.

Trzeba również mieć świadomość, że nie wszyscy goście posiadają doświadczenie z psami i mogą odmiennie interpretować naturalne reakcje zwierzęcia. Tym bardziej rola personelu powinna polegać na wyważonej ocenie sytuacji i proporcjonalnej reakcji, zwłaszcza w obiekcie deklarującym przyjmowanie psów.

Co istotne, w dalszej części pobytu nie pojawiły się żadne kolejne uwagi ani zgłoszenia, co potwierdza, że sytuacja miała charakter incydentalny.
