Cons:

Despite having already paid in full prior to our arrival, we were made to pay again when we first arrived at the hotel late at night. We felt we had no option but to pay again. We then had to set about proving that we had already paid in the next few days. Eventually the hotel accepted what we were saying and promised to reimburse the money we had overpaid. It then took the hotel a further 4 days to re credit our account. I have to say that I was far from convinced that this was a genuine error on the part of the hotel. Customers beware of this please!

Központi helyen, megfelelő alapfelszereltséggel rendelkező aparthotel, ár - érték arányban megfelelő, közel mindenhez, normális személyzet. Tisztaság megfelelő, takarítás rendben volt, recepción segítőkészek, kedvesek.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen. Minden rendben találtam.

Lo que nos gustó fue el espacio de la habitación y la localización del apartamento.

Cons:

No habían cubiertos en la habitación, no había estropajo y lavavajillas para limpiar la loza que había en el apartamento, solicitamos cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron camas individuales, los enchufes de la habitación no eran válidos, solo los de la cocina. Relación calidad precio muy baja.

Pros:

I stayed at a few hotels in Gran Canaria during this trip and these guys were my favourite at reception. So friendly and cool to talk to. It left a lasting impression. The room is simple but clean and has everything you need. Late checkout was very affordable. I loved the pool which is very nice. Breakfast was excellent and had a great range. Please note, anyone else who is allergic to gluten, request gluten free breakfast at least a day prior. The location is super handy for seeing the sand dunes at sunrise and sunset.

Cons:

The duvet could be improved but it's not the end of the world for the price. The shower was a little hectic and it was very for the water to get onto the bathroom floor so most of my towels were blocking it on the floor.

Fikk ikke tilbud om avslag i prisen når det manglet vann og vi ikke fikk frokost som lovet.

Cons:

Hadde ikke fått beskjed på forhånd om at vannet var stengt i flere timer. På grunn av tidlig utsjekk ble vi lovet frokostpakke, som vi ikke fikk selv om dette var inkludert i prisen.

Wir hatten das Zimmer gebucht für eine Nacht.
Nach 10 Minuten im Zimmer haben wir uns für ein anderes Hotel entschieden und in den sauren Apfel gebissen und 100 Euro Lehrgeld gezahlt.

Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt die Handtücher waren vom Vorgänger noch mit Flecken. Auf dem Boden überall Dreck und Haare. Die Bettwachse verfleckt und vergilbt.

Die Lage extrem laut mit Ner Disco nebenan.
Hotel sehr alt. Stark in die Jahre gekommen.

Einzig der junge an der Rezeption war ganz nett.

Dieses Hotel werden wir in diesem Leben nicht mehr betreten.
Ein Stern wäre zuviel.

Wie gesagt wir haben hier 100 Euro umsonst gezahlt .

Toimiva vanhan Inglesin hotelli.
Pros:

Inglesin klassisen tyylin hotelli, palvelut ok! Sijainti hyvä, kauppakeskus, bussipysäkit, taksitolppa vieressä.

Cons:

Iltamyöhällä kauppakeskuksesta kantautuu jonkin verran melua huoneistoon. Se loppui puolen yön tietymillä.
