La ubicación es excelente y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

En esta ocasión me pusieron una de esas pulseras de plástico para identificarme como cliente que, estando en régimen de solo alojamiento, me pareció bastante innecesaria.

Estupendo, gracias.
Pros:

Estancia de cuatro días,con persona de movilidad reducida y mascota,Muy accesible,en el mismo centro de playa del inglés,con centros comerciales,restaurantes y transporte a pocos metros andando.
Apartamentos muy limpios,con buen cambio de toallas y limpieza.
Personal excelente!!,todos muy amables y con trato familiar.
El buffet,para desayuno,muy variado y completo,y el de la cena también,siempre todo muy bueno.
La piscina muy limpia,también accesible a toda clase de usuarios y con el agua perfecta de temperatura,tiene bar piscina,donde puedes tomar un rico almuerzo,o unos cócteles,siempre atendida por un personal simpatico y profesional.

Cons:

Algunas habitaciones son muy antiguas,y los pasillos de las plantas tienen la moqueta muy gastada.
Vi otras habitaciones más modernas ,pero la mía se decoro en los años 70.

Басейнът е абсолютният хайлайт на хотела - с топла вода. Пристигнахме към 10 ч. сутринта, рецепционистът ни предложи да си оставим багажа в багажното помещение и да ползваме басейна, докато стане време да се нанесем в 15 ч. Чисти и приятни апартаменти.

Cons:

Много неудобно, ако не си на база с изхранване и си готвиш сам; липсват основни прибори и съдове в много тесния кухненски бокс. В нашата стая имаше само два малки котлона, единият от които не работеше. Лелглата в спалнята имаха по една твърда дебела дъска под матраците, които ги правеха ужасно твърди за лежане и спане.

No se puede soportar el olor a droga que proceden de otras habitaciones sin tener en cuenta salud de huéspedes

El trato del chico de recepción que siempre nos atendió correctamente y resolvió problemas

Debería haber zona de fumadores y de no fumadores. Porque lo que no me gustó en absoluto es que lo que no veo lógico es que no tengan en cuenta a los huéspedes, me explico tienes que cerrar el balcón y ventanas porque el olor a droga es insoportable, tal es así que el martes tuvieron que cambiarme de habitación porque no se podía cocinar por el mal olor a droga. Deberían tener en cuenta que hay huéspedes como yo que no soporto el olor y no llaman la atención a estas personas para que dejen fumar droga como si se tratase de tabaco.
Y por otro lado ustedes no trabajan como otros hoteles a los que he ido con mascota. Es decir por los tres días pagué por las mascotas 120€. Y no tienen la atención de comida o una pequeña cuna para las mascotas. Es decir pagas pero no tienen ningún tipo de atención.
