Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. El desayuno estaba demasiado salado y el café sabía a quemado. La habitación era vieja, con muebles anticuados, una bañera en mal estado y una puerta que necesitaba renovación. Esperaba un hotel moderno y confortable, pero no fue así. No esperaba esta falta de calidad de un hotel que antes tenía tan buena fama. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

This is no better than a grubby 2 star hotel. If all you want is dice fine, if you want standards then don’t book.
Pros:

It has positives: it is spacious and a decent pool area and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

This majority of rooms are so bad, no deep cleaning, furniture that is unstable and glued to the wall, cupboards with no shelves, no microwave/oven/kettle. Wardrobe doors don’t close. I complained about my room over the first two days and they only acted the days before I left (12 night stay). The balcony’s are in a poor state of repair and either in spots 1-4 you can see into the swingers bar and what is happening on the stories or at least 1-13 you have close your balcony doors in the evening due to all the smell from the nearby restaurants. The reviews are usually responded to by the manager but read the comments going back and literally it’s the same from the previous years - nothing has changed and it does not look like their is any real intention to and most staff don’t care. My corner however realised I was not happy and made extra efforts she was good. Considering what I paid for a 3-4 star property I felt I was in nothing more than a hostel. There is so much potential here it is such a shame. I have videos too but cannot upload them.

Overall a perfect stay. But the food leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

Rooms were good and large . But basic. Beds comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. The bar was great but could do with more seating. Pool was fabulous. Overall a great experience. I believe it is closing next year for a total remodel.

The food was awful. Terrible selection and mostly inedible. Was very same same every day. And also most food wasn’t labelled
