Le personnel est très agréable
Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, ça ne sentait pas très bon, nous avons du ouvrir la fenêtre jusqu’au soir pour bien aérer et pas top puisque les fenêtres sont en hauteur et difficile d’accès.
La douche devait être un peu bouchée parce que ça ne coulait pas vite.
Chambre confortable. Très bon accueil.

Hôtel très bien situé et conforme à la description. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent des équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.
Il manque un rideau de douche pour la baignoire et la literie est assez ferme
La chambre est confortable. L'hotel n'est pas très loin de la station de metro massena. Il y a du thé et des infusions à disposition à la réception. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et correct
Les prises sont liées à la lumière, donc quand on éteint, la nuit par exemple, donc on ne peut pas faire charger son portable quand on dort ! La bouilloire qu'il a fallu brancher dans la salle de bain faute de prise vers le bureau.

Good location, close to lots of restaurants and metro stations. Evenings full of life made the neighborhood feel safe. Room is very simple but clean.
A particular member of the staff was very rude to me during my stay. The room had no AC, the night was hot and they were using winter sheets for the bed, very hot. I asked the reception why the AC wasn't working, and this thin man which looked French laughed at me and said "it's only logical, it's winter" (but it's autumn). I told him that the only logical thing was to have AC in hot rooms, regardless of the season. He laughed again and told me "then open the windows", and kept insisting that I didn't make any sense in a very mockery tone. I decided to ignore it and walk away before I lost my temper. Every other employee there was very lovable and helpful, especially the lady on Friday night that provided us a fan and the Asian employees at the reception desk, but this other man in particular and the lack of AC ruined the whole experience. The neighborhood is lively and full of restaurants, and because of that "opening the windows" to sleep is not an option on weekends because the street is very noisy. I'm never coming here again and can't recommend it to anyone.
