Struttura molto bella, soggiornato una notte e l’hotel era solo per noi stupendo, la ragazza che prepara la colazione ci ha fatto sentire come a casa brava! Vicinanza al centro e poco distante da Barolo in macchina, posteggio comodo.
Il lavandino era leggermente otturato segnalato in ricezione ma era festa e non avevano nessuno

La location è molto suggestiva ma non c'è corrispondenza alcuna tra la cura della corte interna e gli interni che sarebbero da ristrutturare e rinnovare completamente, sia le zone comuni che le camere.
Gli interni vecchi, poco curati e opprimenti. In generale è un posto decadente, che assolutamente non vale il prezzo richiesto, se fosse costato un terzo sarebbe stato ok ma è davvero troppo caro per il servizio e la qualità della struttura e della camera.

Location molto suggestiva, camere spaziose e accoglienti. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Adatto alle famiglie con bambini piccoli.
Bella la camera, comodo il bagno. La struttura, un ex convento, è eccezionale sia come edificio storico imponente come dimensione che per la posizione a Cherasco.
Molto originale fare colazione nella sala di un antico teatro.
Essendo stati ad inizio gennaio giardino e piscina non erano utilizzabili. Immaginiamo che in primavera il posto riserva altre sorprese.

Tutto pessimo/ accoglienza inesistente / sporco ovunque/ rubinetti che perdono / che dire avevo anche chiesto il rimborso per il viaggio che mi hanno rovinato . Pessimo , se vede che conoscevano Barbieri per entrare ai 4 hotel .. loro devono chiudere l’hotel
