Fijn hotel maar met verbeteringen kan het perfect zijn!
Pros:

Het is een fijn hotel, op vooral een hele mooie locatie. Sommige mensen zeggen dat het verouderd is, maar dat vonden wij absoluut niet. Wat een sfeer en een prachtig pand! Dat is gewoon de charme! En wij zijn echt wel wat gewend qua hotels.. Wij hadden de ‘junior suite’ en hebben er een week verbleven in het hoogseizoen. De ruimte is goed, we hebben er ook in de ochtenden gewerkt. Het zwembad heeft een fijne temperatuur en er zijn net genoeg ligbedden. Achter het hotel is er genoeg parkeer gelegenheid. Het terras voor de kamer was heerlijk, maar wij hebben er helaas weinig gezeten vanwege de muggen en wespen, maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen natuurlijk.

Cons:

Het personeel was wat vlak, behalve 1 dame bij de receptie die ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Op de dag van uitchecken lagen wij nog in bed toen om 8/9 uur al de schoonmakers binnenkwamen zonder te kloppen, onacceptabel. Bij uitchecken hebben wij dit gemeld, maar weinig reactie en begrip bij de jongen bij de receptie. Het ontbijt is simpel, elke dag hetzelfde, maar prima. Het zou wel fijn zijn als je weet wat er nog extra te bestellen is naast het buffet om. Op een ochtend wilde we om 10:01 nog ei bestellen, maar dat kon niet meer (ontbijt is tot 10:00). Dat vonden wij wat flauw, we zaten er al even en zij waren zelf druk bezig. De oudere dames bij het ontbijt zijn echter enorm vriendelijk! Daarnaast moet er wel echt wat gedaan worden aan de airco in de junior suite, de airco staat beneden en je slaapt er boven. De airconditioning was absoluut niet sterk genoeg om de hele ruimte te koelen en boven al helemaal niet. Beneden was het standaard 27 graden en dat voelde nog koel aan vergeleken met boven, dat zegt wel genoeg. De airco stond op de laagste stand.

Pros:

- Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Große Auswahl und gute Qualität.
- Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.
- Das Badezimmer war geräumig und die Dusche groß!
- Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt mit einem kleinen Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten.

Great stay! Lovely place

It was pleasant as a one night stop but ruined by the appalling woman at reception.

Lack of staff the lady at reception (blonde) was incredibly rude and dismissive, if she worked for me I would sack her. I’ve travelled all over the world and never encountered someone like her and hope I never do again.

Une belle découverte
Pros:

Cadre superbe, petit déjeuner sur une jolie terrasse avec de la variété, personnel aimable et disponible, le cadre idéal pour se reposer quelques jours.

Cons:

La climatisation était un peu bruyante dans la chambre, mais rien d’insurmontable pour deux nuits. Une famille avec enfants bruyants a monopolisé la piscine tout au long du séjour, nous aurions attendu du personnel qu’il intervienne pour limiter la nuisance dans un établissement de ce standing.
Enfin un café frappé commandé au bord de la piscine pour le prix d’un petit repas en ville (10€), alors même qu’il a fallu le recommander une fois et qu’il a mis près d’une heure à arriver jusqu’à nous, a laissé une petite note désagréable lors de notre départ.

Prachtig verblijf
Pros:

Dit is een uniek en prachtig verblijf. Super goed gelegen nabij de autostrade, op een heuvel in een prachtig historisch centrum. Het zwembad was heerlijk, net zoals het ontbijt. De kamer was groot en het personeel was super behulpzaam. Een aanrader.

Doce vita
Pros:

Un moment hors du temps, on ressent la dolce vita et on se laisse porter au rythme des cloches qui sonnent. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont très belles et mention spéciale au femme de chambre qui font un très bon travail.
La piscine est très appréciable et le décor autour est vraiment beau.

Cons:

Il faudrait que le bistrot ou un snack soit ouvert plus souvent, lors du mois d’août tout est fermé entre 13h et 16h et si on anticipe pas c'est plus difficile pour manger.

bien situé pour visiter la région et une piscine pour se rafraichir
