Wunderschönes, historisches, renoviertes Gebäude mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Im Garten, bzw. im Klostergang, lagen 2 tote Tauben seit einiger Zeit, und der Klostergang hätte wegen des Kots gereinigt werden müssen. Der Umstand, dass der Klostergang nicht in der alleinigen Nutzung des Hotels steht, erklärt vielleicht, wieso sich niemand für die sofortige Reinigung einsetzt.

Une honte cet établissement ! À boycotter tant que ça ne change pas de propriétaire ou de gérant.

Ce monastère est emblématique et a dû être un lieu privilégié magnifique.
Il est situé dans ce charmant village de Cherasco.

Cons:

Cet établissement donne le sentiment d’être laissé à l’abandon. La personne de l’accueil nous a accueilli avec si peu de convivialité. La décoration de l’intégralité du monastère est totalement kitsch et d’un mauvais goût sans égal. J’avais choisi la chambre familiale de 53 m² pour avoir un lit double et un canapé-lit. Ils nous ont installé le canapé-lit dans la cuisine ! du jamais vu, une honte. Tout le mobilier provient de GIFI ou IKEA. Pour un monastère c’est lamentable, surtout quand on paye 282 € la nuit et qu’on se dit 4 étoiles.

Non basta partecipare a "Quattro hotel" per essere una buona struttura
Pros:

La struttura, dall'esterno è stupenda. L'antico monastero è davvero un gioiello e la posizione della struttura è davvero a due passi dal centro di Cherasco.

Cons:

L'accoglienza al nostro arrivo: ci siamo trovati all'ingresso un matrimonio. Stavano facendo le foto quindi non potevamo passare. Poi abbiamo dovuto "sfilare" con i bagagli in mezzo agli ospiti del banchetto che facevano aperitivo proprio davanti all'ingresso della reception. Non è stato gradevole. Alla reception c'era il caos del matrimonio, degli ospiti della cerimonia e la musica alta quindi non abbiamo avuto né le informazioni per un ristorante alternativo a quello della struttura (che era prenotato per il matrimonio) né altre info relative alla struttura: luogo della colazione, parcheggio privato gratuito, accessi secondari. La persona che ci ha accolti era molto sgarbata.
Anche la stanza non era all'altezza del costo (210 euro per una sola notte in due in camera standard). Il bagno piccolo e senza alcun punto d'appoggio per borselli e cose personali, il portasapone era spaccato da un lato e ci hanno lasciato due miseri campioncini di bagnoschiuma per la doccia.
La stanza non grandissima, con un armadio enorme e inutile. Il frigobar rumorosissimo e la tv davvero minuscola. Moquette non pulitissima e letto un po' troppo sfondato.
L'ascensore per gli ospiti puzzava di cucina.
Insomma, una struttura che si regge sugli allori della bellezza esterna e non ha per nulla rinnovato il suo interno.

Ein großes, schönes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, entsprechend mit einem etwas morbiden Charme und dennoch gutem K
Pros:

Ein schönes, schlossartiges Hotel mit einem großzügigen Gartenbereich mit Außenpool und aufgestellten Liegestühlen, ideal um nach den Ausflügen des Tages noch mal zum späten Nachmittag etwas zu entspannen.
Große, schlossartige, hohe Räume in der ersten Etage,ideal für große Festivitäten, wie Hochzeiten oder anderen großen Events. Dort gibt es auch ein gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl verschiedener Speisen. Wir konnten bei dem sonnigen Wetter immer auf der netten Außenterrasse frühstücken. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Unsere Junior-Sweet in der Parterre war gut ausgestattet, auf einer Empore stand in dem hohen und großen Zimmer das Doppelbett. Es gab eine zu der Sweet gehörigen Terrasse, auf der man weitgehend geschützt sitzen konnte - auch eine schöne Möglichkeit abends nach den Ausflügen noch mal mit einem Gläschen Wein auszuspannen und die Tageserlebnisse zu rekapitulieren.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat dadurch einen etwas morbiden Charme, der uns jedoch recht gut gefallen hat und dem Komfort nicht geschmälert hat. Wir haben durch die Assistentin an der Rezeption an zwei Abende Empfehlungen von Restaurationen im Ort erhalten, die sich beide mit einer hervorragende Abendkarte und einer großen Auswahl an Weinen auszeichneten.

Cons:

Während des Aufenthaltes fanden 3 Hochzeiten statt, die mit entsprechender Fröhlichkeit gefeiert wurden. Manchmal etwas laut, aber es waren ja schöne Ereignisse, so dass wir die kleineren Beeinträchtigungen gerne ,miterleben‘ konnten.

Fijn hotel maar met verbeteringen kan het perfect zijn!
Pros:

Het is een fijn hotel, op vooral een hele mooie locatie. Sommige mensen zeggen dat het verouderd is, maar dat vonden wij absoluut niet. Wat een sfeer en een prachtig pand! Dat is gewoon de charme! En wij zijn echt wel wat gewend qua hotels.. Wij hadden de ‘junior suite’ en hebben er een week verbleven in het hoogseizoen. De ruimte is goed, we hebben er ook in de ochtenden gewerkt. Het zwembad heeft een fijne temperatuur en er zijn net genoeg ligbedden. Achter het hotel is er genoeg parkeer gelegenheid. Het terras voor de kamer was heerlijk, maar wij hebben er helaas weinig gezeten vanwege de muggen en wespen, maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen natuurlijk.

Cons:

Het personeel was wat vlak, behalve 1 dame bij de receptie die ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Op de dag van uitchecken lagen wij nog in bed toen om 8/9 uur al de schoonmakers binnenkwamen zonder te kloppen, onacceptabel. Bij uitchecken hebben wij dit gemeld, maar weinig reactie en begrip bij de jongen bij de receptie. Het ontbijt is simpel, elke dag hetzelfde, maar prima. Het zou wel fijn zijn als je weet wat er nog extra te bestellen is naast het buffet om. Op een ochtend wilde we om 10:01 nog ei bestellen, maar dat kon niet meer (ontbijt is tot 10:00). Dat vonden wij wat flauw, we zaten er al even en zij waren zelf druk bezig. De oudere dames bij het ontbijt zijn echter enorm vriendelijk! Daarnaast moet er wel echt wat gedaan worden aan de airco in de junior suite, de airco staat beneden en je slaapt er boven. De airconditioning was absoluut niet sterk genoeg om de hele ruimte te koelen en boven al helemaal niet. Beneden was het standaard 27 graden en dat voelde nog koel aan vergeleken met boven, dat zegt wel genoeg. De airco stond op de laagste stand.

Lack of staff the lady at reception (blonde) was incredibly rude and dismissive, if she worked for me I would sack her. I’ve travelled all over the world and never encountered someone like her and hope I never do again.
