Excelente ambiente no meio da natureza com silêncio, só quebrado pelo chilrear dos pássaros, ótimo para descontrair e relaxar.
Atendimento personalizado com simpatia e profissionalismo.
Espaços para lazer - piscina, tênis e caminhadas.

Cons:

De lamentar apenas, que ainda em consequência da depressão "Kristin", o acesso esteja cortado e se tenha de chegar por caminhos florestais em más condições e a existência quebras de sinal de TV e Internet, o que deveria ter sido alertado na altura da marcação, ainda que o alojamento não tenha qualquer responsabilidade e até disponibilize alternativas de "transfer".

Great location and views, but poorly maintained and lacking essential amenities and transparency.
Pros:

The location was excellent, right next to the lake with beautiful views. The availability of free bikes and a tennis court was a great bonus. It was also a nice touch to find bread and juice in the kitchen for the kids.
The pool is large and we got it almost all for ourselves.

Cons:

The kitchen equipment was old and in poor condition. One of the knives broke during normal use. The property was also not properly equipped for the number of guests for four people, there were only three mugs, three glasses, and just one chair on the balcony.

There was no prior warning about the lack of internet, Wi-Fi, or TV, which was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the access road to the property is in very poor condition a narrow dirt road full of potholes, barely wide enough for two cars and this was not mentioned anywhere in the listing.

The fact that you can’t cancel the reservation sounds a lot like they are trying to get people to stay even after they found out about the road..

Pros:

O apartamento é muito confortável e com uma vista fantástica para o lago. A varanda é um plus. O staff é simpático e prestável.

Cons:

Nada de relevante a referir. Apenas sugerir que coloquem detergente da loiça e um pano no apartamento. Outra questão é o acesso ao alojamento que neste momento é feito por uma estrada de terra batida devido aos efeitos das tempestades do início do ano.

Beautiful hotel in stunning and quiet location.
Pros:

Beautiful Spacious suite overlooking the lake. Kitchen facilities if you wanted to self cater as no restaurant on site.
Roof top Pool and sauna looking out to the lake and hills. Nice continental breakfast. Close to a town with a few restaurants, cafes and supermarkets but would need a car. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Gostamos bastante da piscina, grande e com várias espreguiçadeiras. Realço as vistas da piscina sobre o rio Zêzere, são espetaculares!
Algo que apreciamos foi a simpatia e disponibilidade das funcionárias da receção.

Cons:

As teias de aranha em algumas divisões do apartamento, nomeadamente janela do WC e teto do quarto.

Lugar incrível!
Pros:

O apartamento era fantástico. Mobiliário muito bonito, apartamento amplo com todas as comodidades . A vista e a envolvência são soberbas. A zona da piscina também é óptima.
Tínhamos alguma comida no apartamento para o primeiro pequeno almoço no dia seguinte. Funcionários muito prestáveis

Cons:

O único aspecto menos positivo é o facto de não haver opções de comida sem ser ir de carro. Se houvesse a opção de pequeno almoço já seria bom.

A localização que é excelente, com uma vista maravilhosa . Funcionarias muito simpáticas, sempre prestáveis! A repetir seguramente.

Cons:

O acesso neste momento é muito desagradável e lamento que a Câmara de Ferreira do Zezere não se empenhe mais em resolver o corte de estrada devido aos estragos da tempestade Krustin . A alternativa não é digna da qualidade que os visitantes merecem!
