CODA Williamsburg

I loved to location and the facilities, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly!! Very easy and simple location. I would recommend and will definitely be back!!

Gym has much larger than expected, great selection of machines and weights.

Location. Staff was very accommodating. Facilities need attention ie no waste basket in room. No place in bathroom to place towels.

Comfy bed

We needed to be around Brooklyn / Williamsburh so the location was perfect.
The hotel was clean and serviced daily by the housekeeping staff.

I visited Coda for a birthday staycation by the pool. Unfortunately there were more than a few issues that made this trip upsetting.

1) Upon arrival I had asked to secure the deposit on a credit card The receptionist at the front desk seemed rather new and ended up charging the wrong card, and rather than admitting to it out right ended up charging me for the security deposit on two different cards. The charge was released, but will still remain on my debit card for a few business days. This was rectified with a drink voucher.

2) The website stated that the pool opened on May 23rd, but it was under renovation upon arrival. This was rectified with a pool pass for a future date.

3) We purchased a package for our stay, that included $25 food and beverage credit. The restaurant was unaware that we had this credit, and initially charged us. Again, this was rectified, but it took some back and forth.

Ultimately, all the issues were corrected, but it really made the trip unpleasant. The room was small and a lot of features were broken (shower head attachment did not work, the balcony door did not fully close, there were hornets coming out of a hole above the balcony). There is also no refrigerator in the room.

I am excited to utilize the pool voucher in the future, as it looked lovely. The rooftop bar was well decorated as well.

Nicely presented (inside), good decor, comfortable room.

Very underwhelmed for the price. Nothing too bad, but not even close to worth the value. Rooms okay but very loud - you can hear everything. Hotel was under construction and amenities were often broken or awaiting a refill.

Probably a good atmosphere if not under construction. Clean and great location.

Perfect location near L Train (easy access to Manhattan) and super cool and chill neighborhood with great shops and bars. Rooms clean and decent size, with great bed, huge tv, and nice showers. Lovely staff!

Restaurant Meili was great and the rooftop was lovely at sunset.

This is the best place for a New York getaway! The location can’t be beat—you can easily grab the subway to Manhattan, walk McCarren park for exercise, and hit up tons of cool restaurants, bars and shops in Greenpoint and Williamsburg. The connected restaurant is excellent for dine in and takeout. We loved the room and felt the size was pretty good for the city and the price, plus it was super clean and had tons of amenities available. All the folks who work there are super friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed several times and can’t wait for our next trip!
