The location.
The facility fhurniture is very old, the people in the room nearby were very noisy very late and no one took any measures to stop it.

Staff were great
The pool was undergoing renovations which was not disclosed to us when we booked or before we arrived. There is no room service despite being advertised. The roof garden is not part of the hotel it’s an independent business and only opens at 5 pm
Location was decent. Lobby was okay.
The pool is 18+ only. The bedside table was all scratched up and gross. There was no where to put your stuff in the bathroom. Not enough hooks either. The bathroom flooded with each shower
bc of poor shower design. It’s a party hotel and I was not looking for a party hotel.

Location is good
Didn’t think it was nice enough for the price (although it was decently priced compared to other “nice” hotels in nyc). The room was tiny with no where to put anything. The bathroom and shower were spacious and nice. The pool area was weird - you had to “check in” and they asked everytime if I had made a reservation for the pool in advance. It was as if the staff were told to make it seem really exclusive. Didn’t like those vibes.
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment of arrival, the staff provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service. The room was immaculate, well-designed, and very comfortable, with attentiveness given to every detail.
The location was ideal—conveniently close to key place's while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing environment. The pool surpassed my expectations. Throughout my stay, interactions with the staff were friendly and professional, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
Whether traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
Excellent location near lots of places and the park.
Mixed experience overall with their pool pass. I love the hotel. I miss some of the attention to detail aspects like I didn’t smell the beautiful scent when I entered. I booked the cabana with a group of ladies. I usually book every year as I overall always enjoy the pool and atmosphere although my best experience was with James in 2023. They seemed to be very understaffed. We didn’t have a designated server and had to go to the bar many times to order. The food was tasty but basic based on it being a 5 star hotel. Seemed like a wasted experience in having a cabana and VIP section missing the overall aesthetics including upscale food and drinks. The pool and added tv’s were nice. The staff were friendly aside from the expressionless Eastern European server we had.
Very nice place I had checked all the places but this one was the best value for your money. Spacious rooms nice pool area rooftop. Excellent service everyone was very nice and helpful. I will come back and strongly recommend this place.
Good location and the pool is great
The staff was a little too “chill.” Not a lot of speed or attention to detail which got annoying. Requests would take a long time, need reminding, and our pool reservation got lost. The rooms were also extremely basic, sort of felt like a dorm room.
Great vibe, amazing staff, had such a great experience. Upon arrival they welcomed me with a complimentary welcome shot. They host World Cup watch parties. All my friends and I had a blast!
We had such a wonderful stay at the Coda and always love coming back! A big special thanks to Kent and Alberto for helping make it such a welcoming stay!
